Wait for the voicemail to pick up

Then dial *101 (this is generally where messages are store in a residence)

101 meaning the extension so any extension can be put in after the star to get to

the voicemail box. After entering *101, enter a pass code if needed and start

    retrieving your messages.

4. Changing the Main greeting

Make sure you are on the intercom (by pressing the intercom button)

     Dial 165

Note: Pressing * while listening to menu prompts will exit that menu and go to

the previous menu you were at. If your greeting has menu options for your

customers to press, be sure to keep them the same. Otherwise you will need to have the voicemail reprogrammed with those changes by Commworld.

Example: Thank you for calling (company name); sorry we were unable to take your call. Please select from one of the following. For Larry press 1, for Curly press 2, or for Moe press 3, please make your selection now thank you.

The example above can be change in the way that you say things, but you can not change the options for 1, 2, and 3 without addition programming by Commworld. The options are based on extensions so if option 1 is setup to go to extension 101 then who ever is at extension 101 there name needs to be stated with that option.
