Policy Name : Qualifying Corporate Rate on Check In

Purpose

    The purpose of this policy is to ensure only qualified guests are entitled to the appropriate Corporate Rates.

Policy

    It is the policy of Hyatt Regency Dongguan that all the Front Office staff should ensure only qualified guests are entitled to Corporate Rates in order to protect the integrity of the hotel’s rate structures.

Procedures

    1. Upon check in, the Front Desk team is to ask the guest to produce their business

    cards or company I.D. in order to qualify for the rates.

    2. Those without the relevant proof will be informed courteously to fax the

    information to us prior to departure.

    3. The Front Office team will explain to the guests that the hotel is protecting the

    rates that have been previously agreed between the Company and the hotel.

    4. All fax sent to the hotel must be written on a company letterhead with the

    initiator’s signature and position in the company.

    5. These include Corporate rates account, CATH rate, Airlines & Travel Agent

    rates, HYCM etc.
