Policy Name : Welcome Cards

Purpose

    The purpose of this policy is to acknowledge all our VIPs and return guests and to inform guest of their upgrade status so as to prevent confusion of room types on future stays.

Policy

    It is the policy of Hyatt Regency Dongguan that all VIPs and return VIP guests will receive a “Welcome” or “Welcome Back” card from the General Manager.

Procedures

1. In the morning, the Assistant Manager Front Office in charge is to segregate the

    welcome card between hotel and Regency Club Floors

    2. Regency Club welcome cards will be sent to Regency Club office to follow up

    accordingly.

    3. All welcome cards must be set in the assigned room prior to guest arrival.

    4. Should there be a No Show, the welcome cards must be retrieved accordingly and

    handed over to the Rooms Divisional Secretary.

    5. The Rooms Divisional Secretary will stick note pad to the envelope stating the

    reasons, whether it is a “No Show or CXL - cancellation of reservation.

6. The Rooms Divisional Secretary will hand these welcome cards back to the

    Secretary of the General Manager promptly.
