PTA News On Tuesday, 5/29/07 I met with our PTA Ex. Board for 07-08 and we discussed classroom parties for the 07-08 school year. We reached a consensus that Georgetown will continue the tradition of having a Halloween parade with costumes starting at 2:45pm on 10/31/07. As usual an alternate (staff supervised) activity will once again be offered to our students who do not wish to participate in the parade. PTA will provide a drink and a snack as they have in the past. The other classroom party will be on 2/14/08 and will be a Valentine Exchange with PTA once again providing a drink and a snack. On the 21st of December an assembly by Mad Science will be presented in the morning and our Chorus will present a program in the afternoon for our students.

If you are NOT in favor of our Halloween decision please feel free to e-mail me your concerns at steve_selle@ipsd.org. Thank youMr. Selle
