    Hello. This is name from company. I would like to speak to the person in charge of receiving invoices, statements and other documents of that nature.

    We are implementing a new system for the delivery of documents, such as invoices, to your company. The new service

    is called Attaché Alex, and it allows us to electronically send these documents to you by email or fax.

    To get this new service up and running, I have a few questions about how you would like to receive documents and who

    they should be addressed to.
