Facility Tours and Reservations Floor Plan The Bryan Park Golf and

    Appointments are required to tour the facility. Appointments are made Monday Conference Center through Friday between 9a.m.-4p.m.

    A requested date can be held for ten days

    after a client’s initial request without a

    deposit. At the time of the request, a Bryan

    Park Golf and Conference Center Lease

    Agreement will be mailed to the client along

    with a letter indicating the deposit amount

    due. To secure the space, the client must

    lease agreement along with the deposit

    payment by the specified date. Once an

    event date is secured, the Bryan Park Golf

    and Conference Center staff will begin

    coordinating the more detailed

    arrangements regarding catering,

    decorations and facility set-up. Seventy-five

    percent (75%) of the total estimated cost for any event is due 30 days prior to the event

     date. The balance will be invoiced after the

     event and is due net 15 days.
