ACHIEVEMENTS IN JOB:
We improved 10% of productivity through reducing the Material movement by changing the Process layout. We saved 45 lakhs per year.
We studied the X02A & L02B Layout; from that study we found that material backtracking and operator’s movement are more. So we optimized the layout without back tracking and operator’s movement.
From this optimization we saved 5 Lacks per year.
