1st_Semester_setup_for_exporting_grades

    END-OF-SEMESTER SETUP FOR TEACHERS USING

    INTEGRADE PRO AS THEIR GRADEBOOK

     nd1. For each class, go to the 2 Nine Weeks (Numeric Weighted spreadsheet) and

    enter your Nine week tasks and grades.

    Do NOT enter exam grades here.

2. Check for this you should already have it:

    Go to the menu at the top of the screen, click on..

     Setup

     Grading Rules

     Type Sets

    Look under the “set” for your class -- where you have entered different weights

    for various “types”.

    You should have a “type” called “Nine Weeks” with 80% and a “type” called

    Semester Exam” with 20%. Both of these should be in your list of types and the

    total list most likely equals 200%.

    If you do not have these and your list totals 100% -- then add these two

    “types.”

     nd3. For each class, when the 2 Nine Weeks spreadsheet is complete, go to the st1 Semester (Numeric Weighted Type) spreadsheet. Follow the steps below to stndfill in the final grades from the 1 and 2 Nine weeks.

     stClick in the gray on the 1 Nine Wks heading (to the right of Student Name)

     Replace Task st Highlight 1 Nine Weeks (Numeric Weighted Type)

     Next st Click and Highlight 1 Nine Weeks Spreadsheet Grade

     Next

     Click and Highlight Raw Score

     Next

     OK st* Notice Title has changed to 1 NnWksSprdshtGrd This is OK.

     ndClick in the gray on the 2 Nine Wks heading

     Replace Task nd Highlight 2 Nine Weeks (Numeric Weighted Type)

     Next nd Click and Highlight 2 Nine Weeks Spreadsheet Grade

     Next

     Click and Highlight Raw Score

     Next

     OK

    4. Enter exam grades

    5. You are now ready to transfer grades to the SECOND NINE WEEKS END

    TERM Spreadsheet. Go to the SECOND NINE WEEKS (End Term rd(1/20/2004) spreadsheet. Follow the steps below to transfer 3 Nine-week, exam

    and semester grades.

     ndClick on the title 2 NINEWKS Grade column title

     Replace Task st Highlight 1 Semester (Numeric Weighted Type)

     Next nd Click and Highlight 2 Nine Weeks Spreadsheet Grade

     Next

     Click and Highlight Letter Grade

     Next

     OK

     st Click on the title 1 EXM Grade column title

     Replace Task st Highlight 1 Semester (Numeric Weighted Type)

     Next

     Click and Highlight EXAM

     Next

     Click and Highlight Letter Grade

     Next

     OK

    Click on the title SEM 1 FINL Grade column title

     Replace Task st Highlight 1 Semester (Numeric Weighted Type)

     Next st Click and Highlight 1 Semester Spreadsheet Grade

     Next

     Click and Highlight Letter Grade

     Next

     OK

     nd6. To add comments click in the cell under 2 Ninewk comm #1 column. Then

    Click on the line at the top of the spreadsheet that says Comments. You will get a

    drop down list with 46 different comments. You can enter 3 comments for each

    student. Make sure you have completed all of the steps for all of your classes.

    You are ready to export. Yea!!!

    Exporting Grades 1. Go to File on the menu bar. 2. Choose Export from Gradebook.

    3. Click in the box for the current marking period. It will have

     the ending date for the current marking period. Then click

     next.

     4. Click export.

    5. You should see your folder. If you do not see your folder,

    double click on the I drive to open. Click on your folder

    number so that it is highlighted and then Click OK.
