Part 2 of the 13 Clues Studies

The Song is often interpreted as an allegorical representation of the relationship of God and Israel,

for the Christians, the Bride of Christ, as husband and wife.

This study presents the “General Itinerary for the Bride”, it examines the order of events starting

with the catching away of the bride, the marriage and the ministry of the bride. There is a chronological order and pattern to the Songs that follows very closely with the first half of the book

of Revelations; this study looks at this pattern. Each hidden word has an extraordinary meaning

    behind it!

Season: Spring, March April, latter rain” and the Feast of Weeks.

CHAPTER 2, Three Characters cast: Solomon a type of Jesus, the bride and the daughters of Jerusalem.

    1) Lily among thorns: ministering among the thorns: in the presence of thorns Earth.

    2) He, as an apple tree, his fruit; the apple has a 50 day gestation period from bud to ripe- Apples in stIsrael ripens 1 part of Sivan Pentecost, Firstfruits to Pentecost is 50 days! Another clue! 43) He brought me to the banqueting house, and his banner over me was love”: Timing fits with

    Pentecost (see supporting details below)

    4) Daughters do not wake him till he pleases, roes and hinds: birthing in the pastures, part of the latter

rain that is being poured out in this spring season.

    5) Shepherd King of Peace calls the bride up: Spring ministry is over.

    6) He pears through the lattice, and looks at the windows, behind “our wall” – The windows are open

for the ascension of the bride, “rise up”, he is watching her.

    7) Winter is past, the rain is over (March and April is past, Month 1 &2) and gone. Month 3 ( May). 8) The fig tree puts forth her green figs, the vines tender grape, Arise, come away (spring season over). 9) O my dove-Bride, that art in the clefts of the rock, in the secret places of the stairs, bride is rising up

completing the blue print pattern set by Jesus for his bride.

    11) The chapter opened with him feeding among the thorns, it closes with him feeding among the lilies. 12) TRIBULATION: Until the day break and the shadows flee away, turn, my beloved, and be thou like a roe or a young hart upon the mountains of Bether.

Summary of Chapter: Recap from Chapter 1:The bride has been drawn forth/caught up and 7called out by the groom, Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him.Rev.1:7. The bride and

groom have entered into the marriage and she has been adorned with jewels. She desired to be near her beloved, so she goes forth and begins tending the flocks (goats), teaching and feeding them. This is the ministry of the bride, in the spring following the catching away/rapture; it follows the blueprint pattern established by Jesus after his resurrection and showing himself too many for a period of 40 days. Their union will bring the rain, the latter rain, JOEL 2:23- THE LATTER RAIN WILL COME IN THE FIRST MONTH- NISSAN!

QUICK SUMMARY GLANCE, CHAPTER 2: Chapter Two confirms the bride will be in ministry as Jesus

was in ministry for a period of 40 days after his resurrection. This chapter follows very closely to that 50 day period, Firstfruits to Pentecost ( banquet), the bride is in ministry, the “fig tree vine” begins to blossom. While she is in the stairs, her beloved ask her to grab hold of the foxes which is demonic warfare. At the end of the spring, he calls her to “rise up”, she ascends back to him, spring is over, darkness falls- tribulation.

DETAILED SUMMARY: The Bride and Groom continue in ministry by the outpouring shower of the

“latter rain” through out the spring, Hosea 6:2-3. The newly wed couple is considered the lilies, and

the ministry is the “Lilly among the thorns”. The thorns are those who have not yet become lilies, he

calls them daughters; by the end of this chapter they are lilies and he will gather them in later in Songs .

The bride compares her beloved too an apple tree, his fruit is sweet; the gestation of an apple is 50 days from bud to ripe, this is the exact amount of days from Feast of Firstfuits until Pentecost. The apple ripens the first part of Sivan which is the time of Pentecost (coincidence? No); this is just one more clue confirming the Feast of Weeks; the catching away, the marriage, the latter rain. The two, bride and groom, have become one on the Feast of Firstfuits, this union will produce the seed of the fruit that ripens on Pentecost, just as we saw in the apple from bud to bloom is 50 days; their union

brings forth the fruit. The groom brings the bride to the banqueting house, right after she sits under his apple tree and tastes his fruit (apple);this is the “apple clue” is huge it points to the banquet

being Pentecost! Pentecost is 50 days from the Feast of Firstfruits; it appears God’s Appointed Feast

are kept in heaven, Heb8:4-5. Pentecost is the feast that is most like a wedding, it is celebrated with greenery and flowers, and the wearing of white. The multiple details given in this chapter all fit for the feast to be Pentecost; maybe this is the Marriage Supper; 50 means consummation, fulfillment, a

marriage agreement, a contract. “His banner over me is love” is celebrating their love, another

confirmation a banquet celebration given for the love of his bride. The banquet is followed by more intimacy with the king, a reminder that his bride will not get lost in the multitude of people in Heaven; there is a “one on one” relationship with the bride, with many exchanges of love. The bride demands

that Daughters of Jerusalem do not awake her love until he pleases; meaning, the scene is about to change and is referring to the giving of birth, The voice of the LORD maketh the hinds to calve,” the

roes quickly giving birth in the fields or pasture land; the groom knows when it is time for the giving of birth in the pastures, and he will awake when he pleases (note, this statement occurs 3 more times in Songs, each time follows a specific event that means a new major event is about to take place). Her beloved awakes, what does he do? He calls her back up, he cometh leaping upon the mountains, He pears out his window from their wall; spring is over, summer is here (Pentecost is past) rise up

beloved, come away”; The “drawing” happened in Chapter one that was the “catching away”, the

“come away” in Chapter 2 is the second time he has called her up to him (HIS blueprint pattern for

her). In Songs chapter 2, “The Fig Tree (Israel) is putting forth fruit; the branches are no longer

tender but have become fruit bearing. The Bride is in the place of the stairs as she ascends back up to him, perhaps going back and forth, in this place of the stairs, He calls the bride to warfare by taking hold of the foxes that spoil the vines. The warfare is in the way of the stairs, the air, this is demonic warfare. The warfare in the place of the stairs confirms the story of Gideon; the Barley loaf will do

warfare, as well as feed the multitude. This warfare stirs the Groom, he looks at the bride, let me see

thy countenance, let me hear thy voice; for sweet is thy voice, and thy countenance is comely” her

place in the stairs is lovely too him. The Shepherd King feeds among the lilies, and now darkness sets

    in and comes, Tribulation.

Verse 1 THE LILY FOUND IN THE HOLY OF HOLIES: A PLACE OF INTIMACY, INNER 1CHAMBER: I am the rose of Sharon, and the lily of the valleys.

Lilies mentioned 15 times in bible either in Songs or the other references are to the interworks of the

temple lily decorate the inner chamber the holy of holies.

2As the lily among thorns, so is my love among the daughters.

There are no thorns in Heaven, the bride must be among the thorns on Earth, the thorns are not yet converts, HE still calls him his daughters, (these are not the daughters of Jerusalem). The Lily

among the thorns” is another supporting verse for the ministry of the bride; walking among the

thorns and until they become lilies.

The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and

    blossom as the rose.

3THE APPLE TREE: THE GREATEST OF ALL TREES- IS HEAs the apple tree among the trees of the

wood, so is my beloved among the sons. I sat down under his shadow with great delight, and his

fruit was sweet to my taste. The apple tree puts forth its blossom around the Feast of Firstfruits,

from bud to ripe fruit there is a period of 50 days, the same amount of days from Feast of

Firstfruits to Pentecost. The apple becomes ripe to pick and eat the first part of Sivan, Pentecost

falls in the first part of Sivan. The apple is a picture of the fruit that will ripen from bud to bloom

caused from the March April rain/latter rain. The Shepherd King of Peace, is considered the apple

tree, the firstfruit bride will enter into the marriage at Firstfruits, the apple blossom will bloom at

this time, and grow into a mature apple/ fruit by Pentecost. This is one example of some of the

fruit that will come from the latter rain. Not all fruit is ready to pick at this time.

Notes from Rabbinical Literature: from - The Jewish Encyclopedia

; The apple-tree unfolds blossoms before leaves, so did the Israelites show their faith in

    God before Again,

; The apple-tree the time from the first blossoming until the ripening of the fruit is fifty days,

so was the time from the Exodus to the giving of the Law on Sinai fifty days they heard

the message' [Ex. iv. 31: And the people believed; and when they heard"]. The same

applies when on Sinai they said: 'All that the Lord said we will do and hearken'

; The apple-tree ripens its fruit in the month of Siwan,(Sivan) so did Israel display its

fragrance at Mount Sinai in Siwan' [Ex. xix. 1, 2].

The apple-tree the time from the first blossoming until the ripening of the fruit is fifty days, so was the time from the Exodus to the giving of the Law on Sinai fifty days.'

For who in the heaven can be compared unto the LORD? [who] among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the LORD? Psa 89:6

4THE BANQUETING HOUSE: PENTECOST? A WEDDING? He brought me to the banqueting house, and

his banner over me was love. This fits the time frame just presented with the clue of the apple tree; the 50 day bud too ripe fruit. The apple ripens around Pentecost; Pentecost as well as other feast will be observed in heaven. Heb 8:3-5. Jesus ascended 10 days prior to Pentecost, the Holy Spirit was poured out on that day in the upper-room upon his disciples; technically Jesus’ feet were not on Earth

during this time. God on Mount Sinai also visited his people on Pentecost; he was on Mount Sinai in physical form. Both Father God and the Holy Spirit have played a physical roll at Pentecost; Jesus has yet too have a physical roll and do a greater outpouring on Pentecost as mentioned in with the latter rain in Hosea 6: 2-3, perhaps with the bride, the two as one at this time, or perhaps latter. The Holy Spirit was given moderately at this time, we are told that his coming would not be like the moderate rain before; we can expect a much greater outpouring. The bride may be apart of Pentecost on Earth as well as in Heaven, time travel is not an issue. The text eludes that the bride will be ascending and descending during this time.

FEAST IN HEAVEN: For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of 4necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer. For if he were on earth, he should not be a 5priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law: Who serve unto the

example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about

to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern

shewed to thee in the mount. Heb 8:3-5

56 INTIMACY WITH THE KING: Stay me with flagons, comfort me with apples: for I am sick of love. His

left hand is under my head, and his right hand doth embrace me.

Meaning of the verse: Closely press together, comfort and refresh me with a bed of apples, embrace me with both hands, I am a woman in sick or in travail with his love.

This verse could have a dual meaning, she is overcome with his love, and apples during that time

were given to those who were not feeling good. Sick of love for him, or Sick of love for him and all

    who are his; perhaps both.

SICK OF LOVE ALSO MEANS TRAVIL: There could be more to this, the next verse the groom is

sleeping and the wife does not want the daughters to wake him up. While he is resting, the bride

departs, and is goes into warfare with the foxes while in the secret place of the stairs. The travail

upon her could be the anticipation of what will be coming, darkness, the tribulation. NOTE: This verse “sick of love” follows the banquet- Pentecost, (bride goes into travail, she is sick

    with love)

5; Stay me with flagon: something closely pressed together- wine

; Comfort me:H7502 A primitive root; to spread (a bed); by implication to refresh: - comfort, make [a bed], spread.

    ; with apples (fruit)

; Sick :H2470= women in travail

WIFE CHARGES NOT TO STIR UP HER LOVE TILL HE PLEASES, THE DAUGHTERS CAN STIR HIM, 7WHY?: I charge you, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, by the roes, and by the hinds of the field, that ye stir not up, nor awake my love, till he please.

; I charge you by the swiftness of the roes (deer) and the Hinds do calve- (give birth) in the

    fields ( pastures)

MEANING: Daughters do not wake him, let him awake when he pleases, soon enough swiftness of the does will be giving birth to the calves in the field and pasture. The voice of the LORD maketh the

hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in his temple doth every one speak of [his] glory. Psa 29:9

THE BIRTH THE TRAVAIL: The giving birth in the pastures and fields; and those that are

coming anew to him, the babes, following the banquet/Pentecost; just as it was in the “upper room”

at Pentecost. The groom is sleeping/resting to let those new ones be born before darkness comes/ tribulation. (HER BELOVED IS COMPARED TO A ROE IN SONGS 1:9 He may be active in the birthing process and this is why the daughters of Jerusalem are not to disturb him)

; Knowest thou the time when the wild goats of the rock bring forth? [or] canst thou mark

when the hinds do calve? Job 39:1

; He maketh my feet like hinds' [feet], and setteth me upon my high places. Ps 18:33

8THE KING IS COMING: The voice of my beloved! behold, he cometh leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills. The bride sees him coming upon the mountains and hears him calling. Note

that it is the bride who hears him and sees him; this is not to be mistaken with all who may see him.

THE KING PEERS DOWN FROM THE WINDOWS HE STANDS BEHIND THEIR WALL, SHEWING 9 HIMSELF:My beloved is like a roe or a young hart: behold, he standeth behind our wall, he looketh forth at the windows, shewing himself through the lattice. He is like a roe, he is behind their wall,

Heaven, and He looks out the windows of heaven and shows himself through the lattice, the heavens, and clouds.

Summary of next few verses: He cometh, He peers out his window from their wall; spring is

over, summer is here (Pentecost is past) rise up beloved, come away”, The Fig Tree (Israel) is

putting forth fruit; the branches are no longer tender but have become fruit bearing. Bride is in the place of the stairs as she ascends. The bride is called to warfare by taking hold of the foxes that spoil the vines, the Shepherd King feeds among the lilies, His lilies (possible new converts or those in the church who remain). Darkness comes, turn away, tribulation.

10RISE UP MY LOVE COME AWAY: My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. The past 2 chapters in Songs have eluded to the fact the His beloved has been coming and going; which appears to be the choice of the bride Songs 1:7-8. In this verse he is asking her to “rise up” and “come away.” Why? Darkness is coming. Below Revelations 4:1 could fit with this verse.

After this I looked, and, behold, a door [was] opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard

[was] as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee

things which must be hereafter. Rev. 4:1

Darkness is coming and for a period of time the bride will not descend or ascend. As the Songs unfold the ministry of the bride will start up again.

11PENTECOST IS OVER, SPRING IS OVER For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; The rain is

the March April rain. This puts the time frame past April, May or latter.

12 A NEW SEASON, SUMMER IS HERE: The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of

    birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land;

The fruit of their union, the latter rain has caused the flowers to appear instead of the thorns, the birds and the hearts of his new converts are singing praises to him and the voice of the turtle dove ( term for endearment, beloved) is heard and echoed throughout “our land”.

Note: What was “his” is now “ours” ….. “Our land”

; TURTEL = TURTLE DOVE: ) dove, turtledove h8447 USED AS A TERM FOR ENDEARMENT FOR

heaven knoweth her appointed times; and the turtle and the crane and the swallow observe

the time of their coming; but my people know not the judgment of the LORD. Jer. 8:7

For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:

    Isa 55:10

with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away. The latter rain

poured out in his coming in Month 1 Nissan, Joel 2:23, has brought forth fruit specifically the “fig tree”

Israel, it is green and growing, it is not yet ripe.

; Green fig, early fig Tender grape: 1) grape blossom, grape bud mentioned only 3 times in the

bible( Songs 2:13,15, and Songs 7:12

For afore the harvest, when the bud is perfect, and the sour grape is ripening in the flower, he shall both cut off the sprigs with pruning hooks, and take away [and] cut down the branches. Isa. 8:5

4THE WIFE IN SECRET PLACE OF THE STAIRS, O my dove, that art in the clefts of the rock, in the

secret places of the stairs, let me see thy countenance, let me hear thy voice; for sweet is thy voice,

and thy countenance is comely. This verse is say, O my dove, my mate for life, you are in place able to

gaze upon the most holy, in the secret hidden place of the stairs, I desire to see your beauty in this place, I desire to hear your voice in this secret and hidden place of the stairs as you rising up to me, your voice is sweet to me. What is fascinating is the following verses he asks his bride to take up the foxes that spoil the vine. As his beloved is in this secret place of the stairs she is in warfare; he wants to see her beauty and countenance, he wants to hear her beautiful voice AS HIS BRIDE IS IN WARFAR! O my dove= Doves mate for life

The cleft of the rock: the place where God put Moses so he could look upon God’s back parts. A heavenly look, a heavenly perspective. A type of Jacobs latter; ascending and descending.

The secret place of the stairs: And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top

of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it. Gen 28:12

; Cleft=h288 1) clefts, places of concealment, retreats rock=crag, cliff, rock a) crag, cliff b) as

stronghold of Jehovah, of security (fig.)in the secret=1) covering, shelter, hiding place, secrecy

    a) covering, cover b) hiding place, shelter, secret place c) secret secrecy (of tongue being

; SUPPORTING SCRIPTURE FOR BRIDES MINISTRY :Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If thou wilt

walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and

shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by. Zec

    3:7 (stand by = remains)

; Who [are] these [that] fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their windows. Isa 60:8 THE BRIDE!

5 BRIDE IN WARFARE: Take us the foxes, the little foxes that spoil the vines: for our vines have tender

grapes. The bride has been walking with those who standby/remain, as she ascends her beloved tells her to take up the foxes, the little foxes who spoil the vine, for “OUR VINES” have tender grapes, the grapes that will be harvested in the fall. The warfare happens in secret place of the stairs.

; That spoil= that pledge to ruin or destroy

; They shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes. Ps 63:10

And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to

morrow, and the third [day] I shall be perfected. Luke 13:32

But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring

upon themselves swift destruction.2 Peter 2:1

16 HE FEEDITH AMONG THOSE WHO ARE LILIES.My beloved is mine, and I am his: he feedeth among

the lilies. Chapter 2 opened where he was feeding among the thorns who were his daughters just not yet his or surrendered. His daughters have become lilies he is feeding among them. These are all new converts. Since he is feeding among them they must have lost their life, and come home to him. His coming and the latter rain brought forth the lilies from the thorns-

17 DARKNESS HAS COME, TRIBULATION? -Until the day break, and the shadows flee away, turn, my

beloved, and be thou like a roe or a young hart upon the mountains of Bether. The bride has been

called to him, the fruit is green, the ground has been watered, the foxes have been dealt with for a time and now darkness is setting in.

; Until the day breaks is mentioned two times in the Bible, Both in Songs!

; David’s men of war were compared as swift as roes upon mountains: And of the Gadites there

separated themselves unto David into the hold to the wilderness men of might, [and] men of

war [fit] for the battle, that could handle shield and buckler, whose faces [were like] the faces

of lions, and [were] as swift as the roes upon the mountains; 1Ch 12:8

THE 13 CLUES STUDY Is about the time frame of the Catching away of the Bride- there are 13 Clues to the timing all pointing to the Feast of Weeks, and Firstfruits. THE 13 CLUES TO HIS WEDDING DATE ANNOUNCMENT TO THE BRIDE
