BALSAMIC BUTTER CHICKEN
Boneless chicken thighs with skin
Montreal Seasoning, generous amount Worchestershire Sauce
? stick butter
1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Put Montreal Seasoning and Worchestershire Sauce on the chicken and grill (skin side up)
Meanwhile, melt butter with Balsamic and set aside. Dip grilled chicken in butter/balsamic sauce. Pour remaining sauce over plated chicken.
FRESH RAMEN SALAD
2 packages Ramen Noodles
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
Juice from one lemon
1 large can sliced olives
Olive juice, small amount (to taste) 1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 large cloves garlic, grated
Salt to taste
Drizzling of sauce from chicken
Discard seasoning packets from Ramen Noodles. Prepare noodles and rinse in cold water. Add remaining ingredients.
Mix and serve with warm crusty bread.
