     Roles and Responsibilities ; Managing the integrated production activities comprising of concentrate handling, leaching of copper, roasting, cobalt purification & leaching and copper and cobalt electrowinning. Handling a total manpower of over 800. ; Trouble shooting for improving product quality and plant performance.

    ; Managing material balance and metal accounting of the plant

    Leach plant and 2 Heap Leach plants.

    ; Involved in the commissioning of 3 sections in EW consisting of 120 cells.
