    milk ; Frozen fruit ; Almond extract

    ; Chocolate ; Fresh fruit ; Lemon extract

    milk ; Banana ; 3 Tbsp frozen

    ; Yogurt lemonade ; Apple

    concentrate ; Greek ; Applesauce

    yogurt ; 3 Tbsp frozen ; Canned fruit

    ; Instant juice (no syrup)

    breakfast concentrate

     drink ; Chocolate or

    strawberry ; Cottage

     Cheese syrup/powder

     ; Sugar Free

    Interchange ingredients within these recipes to create your own unique smoothie.

    Add ice to extend amount of smoothie without adding calories.

    Blueberry Pie Smoothie 1 c frozen strawberries 2 bananas (cut into chunks) 1 c blueberries (fresh or frozen) 1 (8 oz) container lemon 1 c frozen strawberries 1 (8 oz) container vanilla yogurt yogurt 1 (8 oz) container vanilla 3/4 cup skim milk 1/3 c orange juice yogurt

    2 tsp sugar Ice as desired 3/4 c skim milk

    1/2 tsp vanilla extract Ice as desired

    1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

     1 c skim milk Granana Smoothie

    1/2 cup skim milk 1 c frozen strawberries

    Lemon Berry Smoothie 1 c frozen raspberries 1 Granny Smith apple (cut 1 (8 oz) container blueberry 2 Tbsp sugar into chunks)

    yogurt Ice as desired 1 banana (cut into chunks) 1 c skim milk Ice as desired

    1 c blueberries (fresh or frozen)

    1 c strawberries (fresh or frozen) Melon Smoothie

    3 Tbsp frozen lemonade 1/4 cantaloupe (peeled, Pineapple Passion Smoothie

    concentrate (or 1 tsp powdered seeded, cubed) 1/2 (20 oz can) crushed lemonade mix) 1/4 honeydew (peeled, pineapple

    Ice as desired seeded, cubed) 1 c skim milk

     Juice from 1 lime 2 or more cups ice

     2 Tbsp honey
