Work Week: Sunday Saturday

    Overtime Rate(s): 1.3 x the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week (does not apply to physicians)

Holiday Rate(s): 1.3 x the regular hourly rate

    On-Call Rate(s): $5.00 per hour while non-physician specialist is in on-call status. Specialist must remain within a 30 minutes radius of the facility. Phone consultation is included.

    Call Back Rate(s): If non-physician is called back to the facility, the regular hourly rate will be charged once the individual arrives at the facility and begins work. If the overtime is being incurred (in excess of 40 hours per week], the overtime rate will be charged.

    Minimum Education: Physicians will have successfully completed an Undergraduate Program, Medical School (M.D. or D.O.), Internship, and Residency Program.

    Certification: Must have BCLS and/or ACLS. Licensure: All Physicians will hold at least

    one unrestricted valid medical license in a state, territory or commonwealth of the U.S. and will at a minimum be Board Eligible
