    This form should not be used by RTOs who wish to add new Qualifications and/or Units of Competency for domestic delivery to their scope of registration. RTOs are required to use the online application process

    Do not use this form if you are applying to renew your registration and, at the same time, you want to add to your scope of registration. You only need to submit RTO1: Application to Renew Registration

This form should only be used by RTOs who need to:

    1) remove qualifications, units of competency or accredited courses from its scope of registration

or

    2) add new qualifications, units of competency or accredited courses to its scope of registration for both domestic and overseas delivery

Notes:

    Do not use this form if you are applying to renew your registration and, at the same time, you want to add to your scope of registration. You only need to submit RTO1: Application to Renew Registration.

Overseas Delivery

    If you intend to offer any of the qualifications in section 3 to overseas students in South Australia on a student visa you will also need to complete an application for overseas delivery which can be downloaded from www.training.sa.gov.au/ (Forms and templates Overseas delivery)

Interstate Delivery

    If you intend to offer any of the quali?cations interstate you will need to complete the form ‘Noti?cation by RTOs delivering quali?cations/units of competency interstate or offshore’ which is available from www.training.sa.gov.au/ (Forms and templates Vocational Education and Training).

This form must be completed and submitted in hard copy along with an application fee (refer to Schedule

    of Fees http://www.training.sa.gov.au/ (Further information - Standards, Legislation, Guidelines and

    Fees)) to:

    Please note the application fee should be in the form of a cheque only and made payable to DFEEST. This fee is non-refundable. Additional fees will be charged in accordance with the approved Schedule

    As of 24 September 2009 RTOs wishing to add qualifications, units of competency or accredited courses to their scope of registration for domestic delivery must use the online extension to scope form http://forms.bizgate.sa.gov.au/dfeest/rto2/ (refer to

    instructions above as to when this form should be used).
