WISE Repair Trouble Report Routing

Effective June 2003, Wholesale Internet Support Engine (WISE) Repair will implement screen changes. These screen changes will prompt the Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) to enter testing and trouble isolation information. This information will aid in the trouble resolution process.

The screen changes will affect the following WISE Repair Screens:

; Create, Update, View and Close for Telephone Numbers

; Create, Update, View and Close for Circuits

; Create, Update, View and Close for Unbundled Loops for Circuits

; Create, Update, View and Close for Shared Service for Circuits

In addition, enhancements will be made to the Create and Update screens to allow the CLECs to edit the Name field and will restrict the ability to edit the State field.
