    Above a speed of approx. 160 km/h drive line vibrations may occur at the area of the front propeller shaft.

原因

    Unfavorable assembly process for constant velocity joint of front propeller shaft on drive flange of front axle gear.

补救

    1. Replace bolts on constant velocity joint of propeller shaft to front axle on front axle gear, observe following tightening instructions (Figure 2). 2. White markings on front axle gear propeller shaft constant velocity joint and on front axle gear flange must be at the 12 o'clock position (see arrow, Figure 1), until bolt 1 (see Figure 2) has been tightened with initial torque. Always follow the tightening pattern!

    2.1. Tighten bolt 1 (see Figure 2) to 10 Nm initial torque.

    2.2. Tighten opposite bolt 2 to 40 Nm initial torque + 90? tightening angle by turning the propeller shaft through 180?. Then tighten bolts 3 - 4 - 1 - 5 - 6 to 40 Nm initial torque + 90? tightening angle by turning the propeller shaft accordingly (mark the tightened bolts for clarity).
