    Troupe Responsibilities for District IV Thespian Festival 2009-10 are as follows:

    Run District Festival Countryside and Seminole

    Registration & event scheduling Countryside

    Adjudication correspondence and scheduling Tarpon Springs

    Leadership/Tech day Dixie Hollins

    Broadway Cares collection St. Pete

    T-shirts provide and package Tarpon Springs

One Act host Seminole

    Note: Each one act school will be required to provide two students to man the doors and keep the area quiet during their school’s One Act. Students will quickly learn how important it is to keep the noise down when they are part of the responsibility. If no one is out there the school performing has only itself to blame.

    - Schedule door keepers and lobby noise for Thursday and Friday One Acts. Assist schools

    and keep bathrooms stocked and clean - Clearwater

    - Hospitality for judges on Thursday and Friday during One Acts - Palm Harbor

    - Grounds and clean up on Thursday and Friday at One Act Festival Canterbury

Individual Events host PCCA

    - IEs scheduling and administration Countryside

    - Schedule door keepers and timers for Individual Events on Saturday. (All schools must

    take on this job. This school will schedule and oversee it.) This school will also provide

    quiet signs on sticks for door keepers to keep hall noise down. Boca Ciega

    - Hospitality for judges, Saturday breakfast East Lake

    - Hospitality for judges Saturday lunch Largo

    - Goody bags for judges on Saturday Tarpon Springs

    - Grounds and clean up Saturday at Individual Events (includes checking hospitality rooms) -


    - Saturday evening seating assignments for schools at closing ceremonies - Shorecrest

    Manage door keepers and timers at assigned state IE day. (Each school will be responsible for a room. This school will assign and oversee the schedule.) St. Pete
