    1Introduction

    Bycoalpreparation,thecontentofashandsul

    furincoalcanbereducedandthedischargequantity ofsoot,sulfurdioxideandotherharmfulsubstances willdecrease.Theratioofcoalbeingpreparedtothe overallcoalproducedindevelopedcountriesis50%

    90%,butitisonly20%30%inChina,Small

    scaleproduction,poormechanicalreliabilityanda lowlevelautomatizationresultinahighcostofcoal preparation,whichthenbecomesthemainfactorre

    strainingtheprogressofcoalpreparationinourcoun try.

    Sincethe1990s,viaadvancedtechnology,we

    aspectslikecomputerintegratedcontrol,jigging

process,coalflotationetc.Wlealsocarriedoutasys

    However,inthepresentsystem,theprocessof coalpreparationconsistsofthreesubsystems:intelli

    gencecontrol,devicemaintenanceandproduction managementsubsystems,Thesoftwareandhardware ofthesethreesubsystemsareseparatelydesignedand implementedinthecurrentsystem.Theyareisolated fromeachother,whichrestraintheoptimizationof thehardwareresourcesandprocessingcontrol.The computercontrolsystem

    Theapplicationstudyofagentandmultiagent systems(MAS),whichstartedinthemiddleofthe l980s.hasbecomeamaiortopicforresearchindis, tributedartificialintelligence.Newplansandsolution methodscanbedevelopedfromthecommunication betweentheagentsinsuchawaythatitcanbeused todealwithincompleteandindefiniteknowledge.     ThefunctionalsystemofIICMMS-CPconsists ofthreeparts:theintegratedproductioncontrol(IPC), devicemaintenance(DM)andproductionmanage
