    1 lb fresh strawberries, clean 3 pkg (3 oz ea) soft ladyfingers (about 24 total)

     Found in the bakery section of most grocery stores Set aside one strawberry for garnish. Hull the remaining strawberries

    using Core & More; slice with Egg Slicer Plus. Cut ladyfingers into 1-inch pieces using Chef’s Knife and Large

    Groved Cutting Board.

    To create strawberry fan open Egg Slicer Plus and place the

    strawberry stem end down; slice most of the way through it with wires. Set aside

    Remove the strawberry from the wires and gently fan out the slices.

    1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk 1 container (12 oz) frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened coconut milk 1 pkg (3.3 oz) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling 1 container (8 oz) sour cream 1 tsp Korintje Cinnamon

Whisk together ? cup of the condensed milk, 2/3 cup of the coconut Attach Open star tip to Easy Accent Decorator. Fill with 1 cup of the

    milk and sour cream in Large Colander Bowl. Add ladyfingers and whipped topping.

    toss gently using Mix ‘N Scraper.

    Combine pudding mix and remaining coconut milk in Stainless (4 qt)

    Mixing Bowl; whisk until thickened.

    Add remaining condensed milk and cinnamon; whisk until

    incorporated.

    Fold in remaining whipped topping.

    Strawberries - They are low in fat and calories To assemble, place half of the lady finger mixture into Trifle Bowl; top

Fresh Coconut

    - Is available all year round, but peak time is Oct-Dec.

    - Can store a whole unopened one at room temp. up to 6 months

    - Coconut in a plastic bag is fresh for 6 months and once opened should be refrigerated.

    - Cans are good for 18 months

Coconut Milk

    - Coconut milk and cream will curdle, and if heated too much the oil will separate out.

    - Coconut milk spoils quickly. refrigerate for no more than 2

    days. Freezes up to 3 months.

    - One coconut yields about 3 to 4 cups grated meat.

    - When buying a whole one, choose a heavy one that when you shake has lots of liquid in it.
