    Say: We‟ll use the Action Plan you‟ve received from Arbonne ( or give them the extra one

    you brought if he/she doesn‟t have one). Arbonne‟s Top Ten Income Earners have written

    this Action Plan to teach us exactly what to do to start a successful Arbonne Business.

    The Action Plan gives us 5 easy steps to get started.

    I‟ll train you in these five steps. Pay close attention because we‟re also teaching you how to

    train your future business builders. You‟ll walk your team through the same five steps.

    Step 1- Define Your” Why” Pg. 3 Ask:

     “So tell me,________________, what‟s your “why.” My “why” is why I do this business.

    (Perhaps share your “why” here) Why are you going to build a successful Arbonne business?

     (You may need to help them by asking what their life would look like if money were not an

    issue.) Have them write this down in their Action Plan.

Say: We call this your “Why” Statement. Memorize it and get comfortable saying it because we

    use our “Why” Statement every time we share Arbonne with someone. We share our “why” with

    people to make a connection with them.

    Step 2- 100 People List Pg.5 Ok ______you‟ve got a great reason to build an Arbonne business, now let‟s get started on step 2,

    your 100 people list. We are going to play a little game for one minute. When I say “go” I want

you to write down as many names as you can think of in your Action Plan. The list may include

    your family, friends, acquaintances, or even people you‟ve run into like your child‟s teacher,

    your waiter at dinner, the nurse at your pediatrician‟s office. Start thinking of everyone you

    know or meet as a prospect. Don‟t leave anyone off your list. We won‟t necessarily be calling all of these people at first, but this is a great memory jogger for contacts. Are you ready? Go!

    Allow one minute for them to brainstorm a list.

    Say: Great! This is the start of your 100 name list. Network marketing is word of mouth

    advertising, so your 100 name list represents your possible clients and business builders. These

    are the people you will contact to share the awesome products and business. This list is always

    changing, you‟ll always be adding to it. We‟ll talk about how to use this list more specifically

    later. But for right now think about who on this list you‟d like to have on your team of business builders. Put a star by those names and let‟s make sure we invite them to your business launch

    and set up a time to take them for coffee to tell them about your new business This is my card file box, it‟s a simple inexpensive way to keep track of our prospects, clients,

    consultants and business builders. Once you talk to someone on your list, you make a card on

    them, so you can keep track of your contacts, when someone purchases or signs up you‟ll make a

    card on them as well. Here are 4 checklist cards for your box, I‟ll show you how to use them Step 3- Order Your Products Pg.7 later.

    You‟ll want to use Arbonne products in your home as well as get a few products to show as

    testers. Of course, we want to work within your budget and you can also earn the products you

    need to start your business. Arbonne has a special package deal called the Right Start Value

    Step 4-Schedule Your Activity Pg.8 This is the most important step.

     Let‟s talk a little about what your immediate financial goals are and what your timeframe

    is for meeting them. Are you looking for immediate part time income or is your goal to

    replace a full-time income? [Pause for answer] Great. That helps me to know how to help you. Also, take a look at this chart and tell me where you fit in…it‟ll help me to know

    where you see yourself.

     extra spending money

    Great you‟re a “10”, you really want to go for it! I‟ll help you schedule your activity to get you off to a running start.

    Great you‟re a “4”, you want to have fun and see where it goes…Arbonne is a lot of fun,

    we‟ll have a blast getting your business off to a great start.

Let‟s schedule 2 back-to-back small group presentations to launch your business. We‟ll “kick

    off” your business with these 2 small group presentations. Are you comfortable hosting them or

    do we want to ask some friends to host for you? We‟ll have as many people there as can make

    it, and we‟ll set up one-on-one appointments with those who can‟t make it. Because people are busy, we‟ve learned that if we invite 20 people, we would only expect about 4 or 5 to actually

    make it to the presentation and that‟s normal. We need to choose 2 dates, one weekday evening

    and one on a weekend, if that works with your schedule. PUT DATES ON YOUR CALENDAR.

    We build our business using the Activity System. It‟s simply a combination of group

    presentations and one-on-one presentations, where we tell our story and the Arbonne Story and

    share the products.

     Most people do 2 group presentations a week and a couple of one-on-ones a week, but this is

    you own business and you can set your own pace. If someone can‟t make it to your first small group presentations, that‟s fine with us. Inviting them to your presentations is just a way to

    start the conversation about Arbonne. Remember, the Power is in the Process. We‟re starting an

    ongoing process with people. The best people may say, “no” at first and take multiple gentle

    contacts. You‟ll hear more about” The Power is in the Process” later on. So, let‟s take a look at your list of names, and your address book and get a guest list together.

     I‟m going to send the invitations for you as my gift to you, so I‟ll need addresses and phone

    the invitation just starts the conversation.

    After the invitations go out, we‟ll give people a call and ask which date they can make it to….if numbers. Don‟t worry about whether you think they can come or not or even if they live far

    they can‟t come to either, we‟ll plug them in to a one-on-one presentation or we‟ll send them a away….Remember sample in the mail.

    If they were 5 or above on Dr. Tom‟s chart SAY:

    Based on what your schedule allows, we‟ll want to work up to booking an average of 2 small

    group presentations a week plus a couple of 1-on-1 appointments. We‟ll book more group

    presentations from your first 2 , plus we‟ll want to identify a couple of people you can count on

    to help you get started who might host a small group for you.

    Step 5- Coach Yourself Pg.10 Say- One of the great things about operating an Arbonne business is you don‟t depend on

    someone else for your success. It‟s not like a job, where you have to hope someone else

    recognizes your hard work and decides to reward you for it . You can create your own success

    and you have the training and tools available to you to make you better and better at what you‟re

    doing. There‟s a lot of training available to you from Arbonne and our team has several training

    opportunities available as well. But we want to focus on your first 2 small group presentations,

    most of what you‟ll learn will be on- the- job training. There‟s so much information out there,

    you can start suffering from paralysis by analysis… Just start with our Getting Started Training call with one of our National Vice Presidents on Saturday morning at 8:30 central time; the

    number is on your Notes Page.

    Next, I‟ll share with you that the first thing you‟ll want to learn is the “Arbonne Is “ statement on your Notes Page. People will ask “What‟s Arbonne?” and we want you to know exactly what to say….it‟s easy to simply learn this statement and have your team learn it as well. The “Arbonne Is” statement-

    It has more than 500 products, including detox and weight loss, Swiss skincare and energy drinks. Are you into
