At the Managing My Personal Circumstances workshop Judith Gentry, Retail Consultant, Coach and Counsellor, will show you how to deal with some of the practical consequences of being out of work.
She will explain how to ride the emotional rollercoaster of change, help you identify your
personal status within the change cycle and offer some ideas to help you evaluate your options and make the most of your time.

Programme and Speakers:
Judith Gentry, BSc (Hons); MBACP
Judith has over 20 years’ experience of senior retail management, with a distinguished
career at Debenhams, as well as a consultant to many other UK and European retailers. Judith now runs a thriving counselling and coaching practice, Thriving Ivy offering
bespoke coaching and counselling programmes for business clients and private individuals.
She advises Retail Trust on counselling practice and ethics, and is an active coach on the ReWork programme, supporting attendees both during and after many of the London workshops, particularly in situations where personal and practical support needs arise. Patrick Ballin - Director, Executive Coach and Management Consultant
Patrick helps organisations and leaders at multiple levels: individual behaviour, team dynamics, business process, systems, strategy and change. Hailing from the retail world, his clients include many well-known retailers plus international charities, business schools and consultancies. With lecturing and teaching under his belt, he also hosts free events for independent coaches, trainers and consultants to improve professional development. He has been developing Retail Trust’s ReWork programme since its inception.
Evonne Kinyua –Assistant Grants & Services Manager at Retail Trust
Evonne is responsible for the ReWork programme, co-ordinating the monthly workshops and managing the career coaching service. She has also worked as a member of the Retail Trust Helpline team for over a year. The Retail Trust Helpline 0808 801 0808 provides
independent assistance and information on virtually any issue, query or problem to those who need it. It is also the gateway to accessing counselling, debt management and legal services.
