    Abstract:NanocrystallinepowderofLaF1wassynthe

    sizedbyamethodofdirectprecipitationfromwaterso

    lution.ParticlesizeandshapeofLaF3nanocrystalline powderwasanalysedwithTEM.Particlesweremainly spheficMwithnarrowparticlesizedistribution(10

    20nm).TheaverageparticlesizeanalysedwithXRD is16.7nm.NanoLaFbulkmaterialwaspreparedby

    compactingthepowderto1GPaatroomtemperature andavacuumof10-4Pa.Theionicconductivityof nanoLaF1bulkmaterialwasstudiedwithcomplexim

    pedancespectraatroomtemperature.Theionic:con

    ductivityofnanoLaFbulkmaterial(1×10

    S.cm)atroomtemperaturejssignificantlyincreased comparedtothatofsinglecrystalLaF3(1x10" S'cm..).Aspecialphenomenonwasobservedfirstly

timethattheionicconductivityincreasedgradually

    withmultipletestinginresultofrelaxation.
