    Orderpopcorn.com and Order Keys

    www.Orderpopcorn.com

The Orderpopcorn.com Program

Order Keys are generated automatically for Units and for Scouts as they are added to the

Popcorn System. An Order Key Report can be generated to learn what your Unit and Scout

order keys are, from your Council “Reports” menu bar option

If your Council has chosen to use the www.Orderpopcorn.com program, the order keys allow

access to the online popcorn sale selections. If Council has not, order keys will not be valid

    when entered on the site.

Consumers can use your Unit and Scout order keys to place credit card orders at

www.Orderpopcorn.com, earning additional commissions from distance and year round

sales for your program that might be forfeited otherwise!

Orders for your Unit and Scouts can be viewed by clicking the “Orders” menu bar option.

Choose the “Orderpopcorn.com Orders” selection to see order details.

Commission is paid monthly to participating Councils, from which the Unit portion is then

paid by Councils to Units whose order keys were used by Customers to make purchases.

Unit’s commission is deposited monthly into Unit Accounts at Council.

Chocolate items are seasonal and are offered on the website from October until Chocolate

    inventories are gone.

The Trail's End Consumer Internet Ordering Program is a program designed

to provide your Units with additional profit from Popcorn Sales throughout

the year, that might otherwise not be possible due to distance or date of

purchase. The Hiawatha Seaway Council does not count the sales from

OrderPopcorn.com toward the prize levels within the Council Prize Program.

Please be sure your Unit Leaders know how you will manage this in yours!

Consumers can enter a valid order key at OrderPopcorn.com and purchase

popcorn with a credit card. The product is shipped directly from Trail's End

to the consumer and your Units and Scouts receive commissions for the Sale.

The shipping charges to the Customer are absorbed through a special

commission structure when full case quantities are selected.

The Popcorn Sales System generates the key codes automatically for the

purpose of Scout advancements in the popcorn system and for Online Sales

    (Orderpopcorn.com), as described here.

Order Keys are generated for Units and for Scouts as they are added to the

system. As Council creates a Unit, an Order Key is system assigned and

listed next to the Unit name in the Council Structure Tree and in the Unit

information. When Unit Leaders add Scouts to the system, Order Keys are

     9

generated for them in the same way. Unit leaders can find the Unit Key Code by clicking on the MY ITEMS menu and viewing the Unit Information. Consumers ordering with the Unit Key Code benefit the Unit. Consumers ordering with the Scout’s individual Key Code (ID) benefit the Scout.

How is Commission Paid?

Commission is transferred monthly by ACH from Weaver Popcorn to any

Councils with www.Orderpopcorn.com sales. The Council then pays the

designated percentage to their Units based upon the record of Sales found in the Popcorn Sales System and deposited into Unit Accounts at the Council.

Scout Key Codes

For a scout to have an individual Order Key for sales credit, the Scout must be added to the Popcorn System Scouts list by Unit leaders with administrative login privileges.

    1. From the LEADER popcorn system login, the leader clicks on the “Scouts”

    menu bar option.

    2. Click .

    3. Fill in Scout first name and last initial in the boxes so labeled and click

The Scout appears in the list with a Key Code (ID), a Login and a

    Password.

The Login and Password can be distributed and used by Scouts to log into

the SCOUTS area of the Popcorn system.

A Scout Username and Password report is available under the Leaders’

    Reports menu bar option.
