?LLOYDS TSB AND MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION UK LAUNCH

    PARTNERSHIP IN LEAMINGTON SPA

Lloyds TSB, Leamington Spa today announces a new and exciting partnership with

Make-A-Wish Foundation? UK, to help make children’s wishes come true. Every time

customers use their debit cards to shop between now and 31 January 2004, Lloyds TSB

    will donate 1p to Make-A-Wish?.

With 12,000 debit card customers in the Leamington Spa area, Lloyds TSB hopes to

encourage as many purchases as possible to help grant the wishes of children aged 3 to 18

living with life-threatening illnesses. These wishes provide treasured memories for all the

family and respite from their normal routines of hospitals, doctors and treatment.

Bill Heaps, Lloyds TSB Branch Director says “ We are very excited about this

fundraising initiative and welcome the chance to give something back to the community

of Leamington Spa. Using debit cards is a convenient way to shop, and now an easy way

    to help others too. “

Wishes are limited only by the child's imagination, and subject to the necessary medical

consent and insurance constraints, and can be anything - somewhere special to visit,

something special to do, someone special to meet, or something special to own.
