    Thomas John (T.J.) Van Auken

    T.J. received is BBA in Economics from Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business and Economics in 1998. During college he worked in retail sales and banking. Immediately after college he received his Georgia Real Estate license. He is currently a CCIM candidate with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and is involved in many organizations. These include the Downtown Council, Heritage Foundation, and the In-town Neighborhood Association. He is also a member of the Board of Realtors, active in the Commercial Council, and servers as a board member for several corporate entities.

    Now in his eighth year of the real estate business, T.J. has been involved in all categories of commercial real estate. In his first year in the business, T.J. achieved the Million Dollar Club Award from the Middle Georgia Association of Realtors. At the age of 30 he has already completed 100 transactions and several consulting jobs. A brief summary of the transactions includes site searches for local, regional, and national tenants and users. In addition, he has successfully marketed several investment properties and plans to serve our Real Estate needs into the future concentrating on office and mainly retail properties.
