GOAL: FAMILY PARTNERSHIPS Family Goal Setting

    OBJECTIVE: To provide and design opportunities for parents to interact in program activities and meetings which are respectful of individual families diversity,

    cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

    ACTIVITIES: PERSON: DOCUMENT: TIME FRAME: 1. Social Services home visits will be provided to the Family Service Worker WICAP Head Start Grant August - May

    OBJECTIVE: Families will benefit from community resources that are responsive to their interest and goals.

    OBJECTIVE: Families will benefit from emergency community resources

    ACTIVITIES: PERSON: DOCUMENT: TIME FRAME: 1. If families require or request assistance with Family Service Worker Immediately

    GOAL: Provide Services to Pregnant Women

    OBJECTIVE: To Provide Guidance in the Areas of Health, Nutrition, and Mental Health
