Energy saving : 109,551,301 kWh/Year or equivalent to Rp 92,613,064,952/Year

    Challenges and Lesson Learnt

    - saving potential for building is 10% - 30% and for industry is 15% - 30%

    - increasing of world oil price

    - climate change

    General Comments

Energy audit is the first stage to know the potential of energy saving as well as to assist the industries and buildings to reduce their energy cost, so that it should be done in industrial and buildings sectors.

General Comments

The potential of energy saving from CFL is significant.

Many producers/importers of CFLs mentioned that their products are energy efficient, although it is not yet proven by laboratory testing. In this regard, it could mislead the consumers, so that energy efficiency labeling for CFLs will be enacted in the near future.
