12 章运行顺序 和安装

12.1 运行顺序

     Start

     选择集电极开路或是线性驱动 Select pulse output type of positioning module.

    Fix positioning operation method and control unit 确定返回方法, 坐标, 运行模式, 控制单元 Install positioning software package to computer.

    Positioning data preparation by software package 软件包准备.

    ?Positioning parameter (X, Y, Z axis)

    ?Operation data (X, Y, Z axis)

    Install positioning module to the base.

    Positioning module,drive machine,motor, connection between external machine

    Drive Unit Ready signal, high/low limit signal, emergency stop

    signal should be ON in wiring.

    Cable connection between Computer and RS-232c port of CPU

12.2 安装

12.2.1 安装环境

    在不考虑安装环境时?这个机器必须要有一个好的可靠性。但是以下几项必须注意才能保证整个系统

    的稳定性和安全性。

    1) 环境条件

    -安装防水?防振的控制面板

    - 没有持续的冲击和振动的地方.

    - 不要安放在直接暴露在光线的地方.

    - 不要安放在由于温度的迅速变化而产生雾气的地方.

    - 周围的环境温度在0-55?之间.

    2) 安装结构

    - 在处理螺孔和导线时?要注意不要将线头落入PLC 内部.

    - 安装在好操作的地方.

    - 别在同一面板上安装高压电器设备

    - 周边模块的距离要大于50mm.

    - 周边噪声环境要好.

12.2.2 操作时的注意事项

    这里介绍处理位控模块时要注意的几点注意事项

    1) 禁止跌落或重压.

    2) 别移动PCB板?否则会出现故障.

    3) 在连线时?注意不要将线头落入在模块板上?如有应立即清除

    4) 在电源为ON时?不允许拔插模块

12.3 配线

12.3.1 配线注意事项

    1) 位控模块和驱动设备之间的连线应尽可能的短. (最大长度 : 2m). 2) 对于交流电源和位控模块的外部I/O信号?需要单独分开的电缆以避免浪涌和交流电的信号干扰.

    3) 导线的选择因考虑周围的环境温度和使用电流?建议使用大于最大尺寸AWG22(0.3?). 4) 在连线时?如果太靠近高温设备和材料或是直接和油时间太长都可能会造成短路事故. 5) 在连接外部信号到端子板时要注意极性的是否正确.

    6) 将高压电缆和电源线一起走线时?由于感应可能会造成故障.

    7) 用管道进行连线时?管道接地是必要的.

    8) 从外部输入的电源 (DC 5V, DC24V),必须是安全稳定的电源.

    9)在连接位控模块和驱动设备时?要考虑噪声源的影响。因此?到电机驱动器的脉冲输出导线最好用双

    绞线和屏蔽线。
