    preparation, from baicalin, bitter almond, licorice, Trichosanthes jen, dried tangerine peel, etc. composed of 11 Chinese herbal medicines. Scutellaria which has a heat dampness, Xiehuo the effectiveness of detoxification; licorice with heat-clearing and detoxifying, the effectiveness of cough with phlegm; dried tangerine peel with a spleen qi, phlegm dampness efficacy [1]. The party is on the basis of a large number of clinical practice in order to TCM-based, combined

    with modern medicine and modern pharmacological developed the treatment of acute and chronic bronchitis effective drug. In order to better control its quality, and ensure that the preparation of clinical efficacy, this study used the TLC method of preparation skullcap, licorice, dried tangerine peel

     2 Methods and Results

    solution, heated at 105 ? for about 5 minutes, daylight view. Test products for the solution of chromatography, chromatography with reference substance solution, the corresponding position substantially the same color spots. The three batches of samples and negative control test, the results of negative control solution without interference (Figure 3).

     3 Discussion

     3.1 using TLC method of preparation skullcap, licorice, dried tangerine peel to identify, choose the agent with the commencement of separation is good, good reproducibility, simple, rapid and other characteristics, methods, specific, accurate and non-intrusive negative reference substance can effectively control the inherent quality of the preparation.
