     Epimedium (Epimedium brvicornum Maxim) is a Berberidaceae

    plants warm in nature, sweet Sim, owned by the liver, kidney, clinically commonly used in impotence and nocturnal emission, limp muscles, rheumatism Bitong, numbness Juluan and

    system and other functions [2]. In order to select the exact method, we carried out with 70% ethanol ultrasonic method, supercritical extraction, Soxhlet extraction, reflux, semi-

     An experimental material

     1.1 Instrument 754 UV grating spectrophotometer (Shanghai Third Analysis Instrument Factory), TG328A (s)-type analytical

    precision pH meter Model (Shanghai electro-optic devices

    Factory), HA121-50 -01 Supercritical Fluid Extraction Device (SFE Nantong Hua Co., Ltd.).

     1.2 Drugs Epimedium (purchased in the Yellow River medicine market) by the Gansu College of Health and Medicine Teaching and Research was identified as plant epimedium;

    icariin standard (purchased in China's pharmaceutical and biological products).

     2 Experimental Methods and Results

     2.2.2 Soxhlet Extraction taking epimedium meal 1g, placed in Soxhlet extractor, add 70% ethanol 100ml, extraction 6h, surcharge of ethanol to the dry residue was dissolved in 70% ethanol, after filtration 70 % ethanol to 25ml flask in the constant volume, and then draw 2ml into 10ml flask in constant volume with 70% ethanol to the scale, and then learn from 1ml to 25ml flask in constant volume with 70% ethanol to the scale, shake for determination.

     2.2.3 reflux taking epimedium meal 1g, with 20ml 70% ethanol was extracted two times, each time 1h, merging liquid recycling ethanol to dry, with 70% ethanol dissolved in 70%

     2.3 Determination of the samples

     Were collected from the above extract, to 70% ethanol as a blank, 270nm for the determination of the wavelength, the absorption was measured under test the value of hydraulic pressure.      3 Discussion

     3.1 to icariin content indexes from tables 3 and 4 we can see that R value is very small due to B factors, can be used as error term, A, C, D factors are very significant differences in the impact of icariin factors, primary and secondary factors for A> C> D> B. Intuitive results of the analysis shows that the best extraction composition A1C2D1B2. Verification experiment further indicates that the process is

     In summary, the ultrasonic extraction of the shortest extraction time, higher levels of total flavonoids, extraction, high efficiency, simple, rapid, and as the best extraction method.
