MethodsAll the extracts were obtained by the technology of solvent-refining, and MTT method was used to test the cytotoxicity of the extracts on breast cancer of MCF -7 cells.ResultsThe chloroform extract showed the significant antitumor action when compared with the controls, and the others did not show obvious antitumor action. ConclusionThe chloroform extract may contain antitumor components.

activity of Ganoderma lucidum frequently reported , but
more concentrated in water-soluble polysaccharides and other
components. In this paper, MTT method  studied the tree tongue of the ethanol extract of Ganoderma lucidum, ether extract, ethyl acetate extract, chloroform extract and petroleum ether extract on human breast cancer cells (MCF-7)
survival rate impact.
1 Materials and methods
1.1 medicinal tree tongue fungus, were purchased in Yanji City, Jilin Province, Chinese medicine medicine company, by Jilin Agricultural University, Institute of Tolgor professor of fungi identified as Ganoderma lipsiense (Batsch) GF Atk. Crushed, over 40 mesh sieve, spare.
1.2 cell line of human breast cancer cells (MCF-7), were
purchased in Jilin Province Tumor Hospital.
1.3 Reagents RPMI 1640 medium (Gibco U.S. products), FCS (fetal calf serum, Hangzhou Sijiqing Biological Engineering Materials Co., Ltd. products), tetrazolium salt MTT (Sigma products), DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide ), 95% ethanol, ethyl ether, n-butanol, ethyl acetate, chloroform, etc. (which are
all made analytically pure).
1.4 Instrument Rotary Evaporator, micro pipette, oscillators, microplate reader, CO2 incubator thermostat, clean benches, inverted microscopes, centrifuges, flasks, 96-
well plate, liquid nitrogen tanks and so on.
1.5 Methods using the system solvent for pre-meal after
the extraction of Ganoderma lucidum tree tongue, vacuum

As can be seen from Table 1, the tree tongue chloroform
extract of Ganoderma lucidum in vitro MCF-7 cells have a
stronger inhibitory effect, when the drug concentration in 1:10 and 1:50 when the inhibition rate of up to 89.4% and 82.6%. In addition to chloroform layer, the remaining layers
of sample pairs of MCF-7 cells had almost no inhibitory
