    Share Offering for ABP Koh Phangan

    A’s Beach Place (ABP) is now ready to take names of interested people for investment in our beachfront hotel.

     The hotel consists of twenty suites, a restaurant and pub. A beachside swimming pool some recreational facilities and a parking lot are included in this development.

    ABP will be the premier resort on this island. It is designed to be the “Grande Dame” of Koh Phangan.

     Fine quality hotel suites, the best views from each and every room, the latest technology in electronic media,(internet) finest service on the island and the premier restaurant and pub. The lobby will showcase our fantastic views in it’s bar and lounge.

    Investors are entitled to shares in the ownership of the hotel which includes the freehold beachside property, the hotel units and food and beverage facilities .

    This investment is for a commercial enterprise in an ideal location on an island entering . Investors have no obligation to invest more than their share purchase.

     No monthly fees or sinking fund like condominiums.

     Investors can enjoy using the hotel as a vacation home. Time spent at the hotel is deducted from dividends. Shares can be sold without restrictions. Shareholders get voting rights. They are entitled to the current value of shares upon any sale of property thereby insuring that

    shareholders can reap the benefit of increasing property values.

    Appreciation of property in Koh Phangan is now more than twenty percent per year for the last three years. During the last ten years properties have doubled and in most cases tripled. Room rates for hotels have steadily risen. As the clientele visiting the island changes to a tourist on a higher budget, hotel profits have risen as well.

    With these concerns in mind, the A’s Beach Place has conceived its’ unique design to meet the desires of those who have fallen in love with Koh Phagan and those who see the potential for growth.

     A’s Beach Place is managed to produce profits to its shareholders. This is not a timeshare.

    Shareholders are encouraged to help market the hotel rooms to friends and family. This will help to achieve our goal of very high occupancy throughout the year. Shareholders will receive a sales commission for any rooms booked just like a travel agency. We hope that our investors will be a part of our active marketing campaign striving for consistent returns and an expanding client base.

    Our company is made up of 20,000 shares. ABP will sell up to thirty percent of it’s shares during the design and construction phases for 6500 baht per share. Upon commencement of business operations, the remainder of shares will be offered for 7500 baht per share. Potential shareholders should be prepared to buy a five percent stake in the company at a cost of 6.5 million baht. This will entitle the shareholder to all benefits of a major shareholder. These include dividends of no less that half of the yearly net profits, stay in the hotel booked against dividends and discounted prices for any food and beverage concessions in the hotel. All shareholders are regarded as a registered agent for the hotel, entitled to commission for rooms booked.
