    in normal significantly higher than in rats (P <0.01). Tiannianyin can significantly increase the aging rat serum IL-

    2 content, the thymus index and phagocytic function of macrophages (drug in rats compared with the aging model group: P <0.01, P <0.05); Tiannianyin can significantly reduce the aging of serum IL-6 levels (drug in rats compared with the aging model group: P <0.01). Conclusion Tiannianyin can improve cellular immune function in aging rats, with a certain anti-aging effect.

     Abstract: ObjectiveTo study on the changes of cellular immune function of aging rats and the anti-aging effects of

    observed. ResultsCompared with normal rats, the IL-2 content

    in serum, the thymus index and the macrophagic phagocytosis of aging rats decreased obviously (P <0.05, P <0.01); the IL-6

    content in serum increased obviously (P < 0.01). Tiannianyin

    not only significantly increased the IL-2 content, the

    macrophagic phagocytosis and the thymus index of aging rats (Tiannianyin group compared with aging group: P <0.01, P <0.05); but also significantly decreased the IL-6 content of

    aging rats (Tiannianyin group compared with aging group: P <0.01). ConclusionsTianninyin can strengthen the cellular immune function of aging rats, so it has fairly anti-aging

    effects.

     1 Materials and methods

     1.1 Selection and grouping of animals selected

    experimental SD rats were 40 male and female in half, weighing 180 ~ 250 g.      1.2 Drugs and reagents Tiannianyin by the system, fleece-

    herbal medicines, brewed with crude drug per ml after 1.5 g, according to 16.2 g / kg gavage.

     D-galactose (D-gal) produced by Beijing Chemical Reagent Company (Lot No.: 020,402). Serum IL-2, IL-6 levels by ELISA

    kit crystal US companies.

     1.3 Index Detection

     1.3.1 Serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels in rats were detected by

    the inner canthal blood, taking the supernatant after centrifugation. Double-antibody sandwich ELISA, according to

    kit instructions, were detected in serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels.

     1.3.2 Detection of rat thymus index were decapitated, after weighing, remove the thymus, remove fat, fascia, after weighing, calculation of the thymus index: thymus index = thymus weight / body weight (mg/10 g).

     2 Results

     2.1 Serum IL-2 and IL-6 content of the results in Table

     2.2 The index of rat thymus results in Table 2. Table 2 shows that the thymus index of aging rats compared with normal rats decreased significantly (P <0.01); Tiannianyin enhance the aging rat thymus index, treatment group compared with the
