     1.3 Packet 40 adult male mice were randomly divided into five groups (n = 8), the control group, model group, the prostate group, small dose group, high-dose drug group.

     Benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatitis is a common disease of male urinary system, China's current patients with

    varying degrees of prostate hyperplasia approximately 8000 million people. The incidence of prostatitis in elderly men more than 50% of the current clinical treatment of benign

prostatic hyperplasia and prostatitis lack of effective drugs,

    the general surgery and drug treatment. Surgical treatment is better, but poor patient acceptance, there are more side-

    effects of Western medicine. Therefore, the search of a good preventive medicine is of great significance. 3 '

     daidzein sulfonate is the main active ingredient of Chinese medicine puerarin daidzein for structural modification and the modification of newly synthesized strong water-soluble

    substances can be made into a variety of formulations.In this paper, animal models of prostate3'Daidzein Sulfonate

    pharmacodynamic study. The results show that: 3 'daidzein sulfonate on testosterone-induced prostatic hyperplasia has

    significantly inhibited; can significantly reduce the mouse prostate and prostate wet weight index significantly decreased

    serum T, E2 , T/E2 content, regulate hormone balance in mice. 3 'daidzein sulfonate inhibit the role of benign prostatic hyperplasia in mice may be by decreasing T, E2 levels, regulate hormone balance in mice to achieve. The exact mechanism of action remains to be further studied.
