    2.0 Buy1GIVE1Free? - The Big Picture

    2.1 Vision and Purpose

It is so easy to focus on the huge social and environmental challenges that we face and feel as though there’s nothing you and I can do. After all, it’s such a HUGE issue.

But what if there was a way.

Even better, what if there was simple way we could all start joyfully transforming the world - every second, every day and in every way.

    Imagine

Buy1GIVE1Free or B1G1 'Big One' is that way. It’s literally transforming our world. And it's something in which you can play an important part. To begin that process, let’s you and I follow the words of John Lennon’s song and ‘imagine’ for a moment.

Imagine if every time a plasma TV was sold, a blind person got the gift of sight. Imagine if every time someone filled up their car, a tree got planted. Imagine every time someone bought groceries, someone somewhere got food for a day. Imagine every time a book was sold, a tree was planted to give back to the environment.

Go ahead. Just imagine our world like that. Imagine if all of that and more happened automatically and it cost the consumer nothing.

And then just imagine what it would be like if you were a part of transforming our world like that. Every second, every day, everywhere! For good.

    Attraction

Non-profits, Businesses and individuals all over the world now are becoming Members of and partnering with Buy1GIVE1Free to do just that. From the car repair firm that makes sure kids with deformed faces have them reformed to the Seminar Company that invites paying guests to bring a homeless person with them.

B1G1 makes that happen. And right now B1G1 is matching businesses with charitable causes right around the world so that every business transaction makes a difference somehow, somewhere. And then those businesses use the B1G1 brand to boost their business and ‘give back’ even more.

    Working Example

Let’s take books as one example. Just by you buying the beautiful little book called JOY (a book by Masami Sato, B1G1's founder), kids in India get real joy through special gifts sent directly to them by B1G1's non-profit partners on the ground in India. So each reader plays a part and it's cost them nothing extra.

It’s pure 1-to1 giving, every second, every day, every way. And it’s so much more impactful and real than the large cheque of 1 million dollars handed on the stage by a corporate figure.

    Excitement

Businesses get really excited about B1G1 because they now have a measurable marketing tool that allows them to give money away while increasing their customer and media attractiveness generating growth allowing them to give more. Charitable and non-profit organisations love B1G1 because it allows them to trade their stories in exchange for funds removing the 'begging' element from their valuable work while attracting consistent and predictable cash flows.

And now, there’s no need to imagine any more. Because right now you can choose to make a continuing difference and literally play a part, not just in leaving a legacy, but in transforming our world.

    2.2 B1G1’s History of Creation

Buy1GIVE1Free or B1G1 (which stands for Big 1) creation is an amazing story.

In short, the seeds for B1G1 were planted in 2003 when an Australian healthy-eating food business called Bouncing Olive was created by two entrepreneurs, Masami Sato and David Anttony who wanted to create a business to give back specifically to help children in need.

Initially Bouncing Olive stated that 100% of profits where used to support children in need. Bouncing Olive’s customers did not fully understand this concept because it

seemed strange that a profit focused company would give away all its profits. In order to provide a simpler message Bouncing Olive adopted the simple message of ‚Every time a Bouncing Olive customer bought a meal Bouncing Olive would feed a hungry child‛.

Even though the original focus of using all profits to feed children never changed, the message to the public was now easier to understand.

Bouncing Olive’s growth started to take off as customers all over Australia started buying their meals understanding that they were the ones making the difference through their purchasing choices.

    Buy1GIVE1Free? www.Buy1-Give1Free.com info@Buy1-Give1Free.com

A year after the new concept was in place a small ‘miracle’ occurred at an entrepreneurial business school that Masami and David attended in Bali. Someone at the event when they heard about the Bouncing Olive social enterprise story said, ‚That’s Buy 1 Give 1 Free‛.

Bouncing Olive ran with the new idea and saw sales rocket further. However, five months later, it struck Masami Sato one day that Buy 1 Give 1 Free, which had then become Buy1GIVE1Free, did not have to be about Bouncing Olive alone. Instead the Buy1GIVE1Free concept could be applied to any business and any product any where in the world. This simple yet genius stroke led to the sale of Bouncing Olive three months later with the establishment of Buy1GIVE1Free as a global brand a month later.

Buy1GIVE1Free has now relocated to Singapore where its global mission control is located and is now has member businesses in five countries Australia, Singapore,

Malaysia, Indonesia and India with expansion soon into Japan, China, UK, Philippines and New Zealand.

3.0 Outline process to join B1G1 and get started as a

    B1G1 Business partner

    3.1 Registration

Initial registration is via our website at www.Buy1-Give1Free.com.

When you sign up select the type of membership that you are interested in from the

    signup form.

Once the initial registration has been received and email address confirmed by you as

the registrant (auto email sent out that registrant needs to reply to), one of the B1G1

team will contact you via email with the next step details.

    3.2 Registration Fees

Payments can be made through PayPal using a PayPal account or credit card.

    SME Registration

Current SME registration fees are displayed on our website.

B1G1 donates a free non-profit registration as part of its Buy1GIVE1Free giving for

each full-paying business lifetime partner worth $US200.

From time to time we also receive donations which are usually used to provide

    non-profit’s with free registration.

    3.3 Partnering Questionnaire

Once your membership has been confirmed we will send out a questionnaire for you to

complete. This gives us a basic understanding of you your purpose, objectives and

    needs.

You will have the opportunity on this questionnaire to create the first piece of magic for

yourselves because you will list your key offerings as a non-profit. These are so

important to your overall success in attracting business partners to your cause so take

the time to think about these.

    3.4 Key Offerings

A key offering lists what you are offering as business. This is normally a

product/service offering and for every product/service sold you donate a fixed amount

of money to your Buy1Give1 cause. Key offerings are a basic list of your key B1G1

products/services with dollar values attached in both local and US$ amounts. Copyright Buy1GIVE1Free 96643868.doc Page 6 of 15

    Buy1GIVE1Free? www.Buy1-Give1Free.com info@Buy1-Give1Free.com

    Here is a working example:

Suppose you are a car repair shop and offer five key services. After you do an initial assessment of the services and the service profitability, you determine that only two would be suitable to attach Buy1Give1 too. After you talk with your accountant you have calculated that you can offer the following two key offerings with the donation amounts as follows:

Offering Local Gift Amt US $ Gift Amt Local Currency

    Repair jobs over $3000 $300 $270 AUD

    Car re-spray $200 $180 AUD

As you can see the two items above would have a different non-profit story and could relate to more than one non-profit. John Fawcett would be a perfect partner for the first item one of the services in Indonesia they offer is cleft lip operations for children so

the story could be ‘when you rebuild your car you rebuild a child’s face’. The other service could support a local non-profit community project that removes graffiti from public property.

Depending on your membership type you may get one or more non-profit matches. You can use our automated systems to match up with a non-profit and we also offer a paid matching and consultancy service.

    Here is the Magic!

When you break you giving amounts down and apply a gift value for every sale of that product or service then B1G1 can support you to match with an appropriate non-profit cause that will provide a connected service for the amount you can afford or decide to give with the key benefit of creating the best connected and related story to your business. The story is the key. If your customers and staff don’t get the story right away then the power of B1G1 is somewhat lost.

Take this example. If a blind company became a B1G1 business what do you think should be the best story? Give a cataract blind person the gift of sight or fit a fan into a school to keep the kids cool? This is the power of creating the best story. Key Tips

Don’t list too many offerings at the beginning. As you get to understand how B1G1 can

work best for you add more via our web interface. Initially list your key products keeping it simple and attractive.

    3.5 US Dollar Values

    Copyright Buy1GIVE1Free 96643868.doc Page 7 of 15

    Buy1GIVE1Free? www.Buy1-Give1Free.com info@Buy1-Give1Free.com

We use US Dollars because it gives you as a business a global scale to work with. When you are listing the US$ amount you should allow for currency variations over a 12 month period.

    3.6 Partnering Service Agreement

If you have a non-profit partner that you would like to work with you can invite them to be your B1G1 partner. We have materials that you can send them to introduce them to what we are all about and the key value to them.

    Service Agreement

Most non-profits will have a standard offering in place so this step will be quite effortless because of this.

Once a you have found a non-profit that is happy to partner with you, the process is quite straightforward and professionally focused.

So that a clear understanding of each party’s contributions is understood, a service agreement is put into place. It is more of a memorandum of understanding but we use the terms Service Agreement because each party is providing a service to the other. Service Agreement Details

The service agreement is a simple document that lists what you, as a business are willing to contribute and when with the non-profit detailing what they will provide in the way of materials that you are able to use for marketing such as stories, video, photos etc.

Traditionally non-profits may have been used to just receiving funds without any direct need to do anything for them. B1G1 allows non-profits to trade their stories and share their hope and caring with the general public more easily.

The stories that are part of a non-profits everyday experience are SO valuable to you as a business. If you do not have stories to tell that your customers want to hear then you are loosing ground with your marketing messages. If you share hope and caring with them you will always have their ear.

Non-profits are trading their stories with you as a business. And because they can leverage these to their customer bases they become valuable to them so they are willing to pay you for them.

In modern day business a business that does not have a story does not have a place in the memory of their customers. Your non-profit B1G1 partners can assist you with this, which in turn allows you to create more sales.

As you find that your customers have more of a reason to return to you and tell their friends you will see your sales grow simple. A distinct point of difference is a key to

staying on the marketing edge and indeed often staying in business.

    Core Non-Profit Deliverables

The service agreement details along with what you are willing to contribute per business transaction what your non-profit partner is willing or able to deliver. Some examples of core deliverable from your non-profit partner could be :

    ; Annual audited accounts

    ; Photography 4 * per year

    ; Stories 4 * per year

; Amateur video pieces 4 * per year

    ; Statistical Reports

Your non-profit partner will upload their core deliverables to the B1G1 website where you can download them.

    Your Core Deliverables

You detail in the service agreement how much you will donate per business transaction, how many transactions you expect in a year (the minimum agreement period) and when they will pay you the donation (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly). Your projected number of transitions (sales data) is confidential information. Your non-profit partner agrees to keep this information confidential.

If your business has already been trading for more than a year the sales estimate will obviously be based on real previous sales data with a budget adjustment up or down depending on what may be happening with your business.

    Balancing the Relationships

B1G1 does not enforce any agreements between non-profits and businesses. B1G1 simply provides a service and a forum for exchange and interaction. However, in the near future a rating system similar to Ebay will be implemented which will create a self-moderating environment through public visibility.

    3.7 Partnership

Once a non-profit has signed a service agreement with you the partnership has been formalised just like a marriage. And just like a marriage the more you put into the

relationship the more you will get, or receive from it!

The core deliverables that you have agreed to deliver will need to be delivered on time (as detailed in the service agreement). This will build trust as well as give you a better rating in the future.

All deliverables will be in English unless the service agreement indicates otherwise.

    3.8 Payment & Sales Notifications

Notifications of Sales & Live Data Feed

You will be able to add your sales figures to our website as often as you like. The benefit to you in doing this is that if you use the B1G1 live data feed website widget (contact us for further information on setting this up) then you can show a live information ticker on your website indicating the number of giving transactions to your customers.

The minimum reporting of sales that you need to do is when your chosen payment date comes due. At that point you will need to update your sales figures on our website which will then allow B1G1 to calculate how much your contribution will be based on your service agreement for that product.

    Payments

All payments are to be paid to B1G1 via our website based on the service agreement cycles and dates you set (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly).

    Payments to your non-profit partner

Your non-profit partner may be receiving contributions from several other businesses. When we receive your payment we aggregate this with other payments made for the non-profit and we pay them on a periodic basis normally within a month of you

    making the payment to us.

    Privacy

Most service agreements will stipulate that the sales data provided by you as a business is confidential and private information. Even if it is not your non-profit partner is asked to keep this information private and never distribute or make it public in anyway without your express permission.

B1G1 does however use the amounts donated to a non-profit and use the for promotion and public information purposes. NO business is ever mentioned as the giver just the amount received by a non-profit and when received. This is part of B1G1’s

transparency as well as promoting what B1G1 is helping to contribute. Payment Methods

Currently you are able to pay by PayPal (using your PayPal account or your credit card) or you can elect to pay by international bank transfer. All third-party transfer or transaction fees are payable by you.

We are researching other payment methods and will inform you of these as they are integrated into the B1G1 system.
