     Principle of Operation

     Pulse prediction software allows user to tune decelerator. Adjustment is made by changing the flow restrictions across the stroke of the orifice array.

     As Decelerator strokes in fluid is pushed through orifices giving resistance to the sled carriage. This resistance brings the sled carriage to rest.

     Control System The control system is a PC / PLC Based system using standard machine safety practices. Critical valves and mechanisms are

    monitored to be sure all systems are in the proper position and mode for each step of the operational process. The system is also designed to power up in a safe state as well as default to a safe state in the case of power interruption. The operator runs the system using a customized graphical user interface and 2 handed hard-wired switch control.
