    Description: Target audience:

    ? Promoters who successfully bid for a Leonardo mobility proposal

    and want to experience best practice models and background

    information on management of their project

    ? Project Partners who are interested in different types of project

    management tools to help you handling your project, i.e. LeMoMan

    database

    ? Promoters successfully executing a Leonardo mobility project

    who want to experience best practice models and background

    information on reporting and financial management of their project

    The workshop is focused on Leonardo mobility projects for

    students/young graduates at UNIVERSITY level.

    The workshop will be as interactive as possible integrating the

    questions and experience of the participants. Small parallel working

    groups will be formed to discuss the important issues for reporting and

    financial management and present possible solutions.

    The workshop is structured in two parts: best-practice examples

    including hands-on information and an active reporting writing training

    session

    Maximum number of workshop participants is 24.

     - Information on the structure of Leonardo II mobility projects

     - Features of a successfully managed mobility project

    Overview of the 3 workshops

    10.30 - 10.45 Refreshment break

    10.45 - 12.45 Participants will be divided into 3 working groups. The three workshops will

    focus on the different parts for the management and reporting of LDV mobility

    projects.

    3 parallel revolving workshop sessions on the following topics

    * Time and overall management of the whole project

    - Overall time table of the project

    - Company Contacts placement for students

    - Advertising and acquisition

    - Information and communication procedures

    - Host organisation matters (visa, insurance,...)

    - Monitoring & Mentoring each placement

    ** Project Management and Effective Tools for Project Management

    - Management of the individual exchanges

    - Contracting, money transfers

    - The LeMoMan tool database presentation

    - PR for the project (fairs,...)

    - Guidance notes for students

    - Handling the Partnership

    *** Reporting, budget management and dissemination

    - Necessary data collection

    - Interim and Final report preparation

    - Financial forms

    - Gathering all the financial data

    - Interim and Final Reports and Statistics

    - Evaluation and dissemination activities
