    You are Sally Food Company - a small enterprise with

    only 350 employees. You produce diversified taste, distinctive package, green and nutritional dumplings. The business was started 4 years ago and was not very famous. However you have developed a number of faithful customers.

    You will negotiate with the world’s largest retailer -Wal-Mart. They are 50 years old with millions of employees. You want to sell your

    dumplings in their spot because they operate more than 8,400 units in 15 countries, and

    serve more than 200 million customers per week. The deal will help you expand your

    business.

    You now have the chance to sell your dumplings in the Wal-Mart Stores. Negotiate a deal. If

    you make a deal, customers will become more and more. The deal will make your brand

    more famous. If you fail to do so, you might lose a very large sales channel.
