    Reservations may be placed up to 12 months in advance, but are subject to the rates in effect for that year.

Rosemary Beach Loft Rentals are rented on a “weekly only” basis during the

    summer season. There is a three (3) night minimum on rentals during all other seasons unless otherwise specified.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

    Check-in time begins at 3 p.m. Check out time is promptly at 10 a.m. Late departure may incur an extra half day rental charge.

Advance Rent Deposit & Rent Balance:

    ; Advance Rent Deposit is required within 7 business days of the initial reservation.

    ; Rent deposit is 50% of the total rental fee (security/damage deposit).

    ; Remaining balance, and security/damage deposit is due 15 days before your arrival.

    ; The security/damage deposit for Rosemary Beach Loft Rentals is $250.

    ; There is a $15.00 charge per key not returned.

    ; Your security/damage deposit will be fully refunded by the same method of payment

    within 2 weeks of your departure, provided all rules and regulations were observed.

    ; Payment may be made by bank money order, cashier’s check, traveler’s checks,

    MasterCard/Visa, or personal check*.

     *Personal checks will be accepted for the advance rent deposit, but WILL NOT be accepted for rent balance before check-in unless payment is made 30 days prior to rental date.

    Smoking and Pet Policies:

    Although we are happy to open our home at Rosemary Beach to guests, please remember it is

    privately owned and is a reflection of our tastes. Because of this, we do not allow smoking

    or pets* in our rental home. A minimum of $250.00 will be charged to your credit card in

    the event of a violation of our no smoking or no pet policy.

    * Please note small dogs will be considered on an individual basis and there is a $150 non-refundable

    fee for pets to cover the additional cost of cleaning and treating.

Family Only Rentals:

    There will be no rentals to vacationing students or singles under 25, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent who remains in the unit for the entire stay. Reservations made under false pretenses may be subject to forfeiture of advance rental payments and/or security/damage deposit.

Cancellations/Refunds:

    Reservation deposits will not be refunded unless the house is re-rented for the same rental payment and time period reserved. If refunded, there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee withheld. There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions. In the event of a hurricane, refunds will be made if the event causes a mandatory evacuation by government authorities. Refunds will only be granted from the day of issuance of the mandatory evacuation.

Linens/Towels/supplies:

    Although bed and bath linens are furnished, please bring your own beach towels and beach blankets, as linens are not to be removed from the unit. Any lost or damaged linens will be deducted from your security deposit. An initial supply of paper products, trash liners, bathroom tissue, and facial soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. Cleaning supplies are not provided. Rental rate includes a one-time linen and towel set-up and cleaning at departure. If the guest desires extra housekeeping services during their stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Parking:

Off-street parking is available behind “the Lofts”. Front parking spaces are reserved for

    merchants during business hours. Rosemary Beach does not allow parking of boats, jet skis, trailers, or RVs.

Telephones:

    The loft has two telephones with free local calling. There is a block on all long distance calls. You can make a long distance call by using a credit calling card, cell phone or calling collect.

Rosemary Beach Loft Rentals will not be held responsible for acts of theft or vandalism or

    other damages to the guest’s personal property or items left in the house. Every effort will be

    made to return any items left, but we assume no responsibility for such items.
