    HELD ON 27 MAY 2008

    Informed by the information available, the following decisions were taken by the Harpenden Town Councillors. Those Councillors who are also serving on the District Council will also consider the matter afresh at district level in the light of all the evidence including the relevant officer’s report”.

1. APOLOGIES

    Apologies were received from Councillor Holley. Councillors Farmer and Linacre

     replaced Councillors Green and Jackson for the course of the meeting.

     Councillor Holley joined the meeting at 8.58 pm.

     The Minutes of the meeting held on the 29 April 2008, previously circulated, were
