KEYCAMP GOES FURTHER FOR CUSTOMERS
EXCITING NEW ACCOMMODATION, SERVICES AND RESORTS FOR 2010
Adding new exciting accommodation, destinations, services and even a breakfast delivery service at selected parcs, Keycamp is really going the extra mile for its customers in 2010; and with prices for a seven night break in France starting at just ?215 per family, great customer care is being matched with great value for money.
On the Up
As well as introducing more of its stylish Tree Houses, which give couples and families the chance to experience life in the boughs, Keycamp is launching ‘The Loft’ - a revolutionary,
new generation mobile home - the real talking point of which is a raised area that becomes the perfect break out zone for children, with plenty of space to play, chill out or even sleep.
The double-height living area provides spacious open plan living and offers a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Home comforts, such as an iPod docking station with CD player, dishwasher, microwave and hairdryer are also included, while to make the most of the outdoor space, French windows open onto a large decked area.
Seven nights from 26 August for a family of up to eight staying in ‘The Loft’ at La Croix du Vieux Pont at Berny Riviere, near Paris, will cost ?936, accommodation only. Ferry crossings, rail travel or fly-drive packages are available at a supplement.
Going the Extra Mile
Keycamp has upped its game when it comes to those helpful added extras. All its Vista, Prestige and Loft mobile homes will now offer iPod docking stations with CD players, while free swimming lessons for the under fives will be available at seven parcs. Customers staying in Tree Houses at La Fôret in the Southern Vendee and Le Val de Bonnal in the Jura are also now able to make their stay more magical by having breakfast delivered in the morning at a cost of just ?8 per person.
Keycamp has also found a new way to share its love of its European parcs and regions by developing a ‘regional expert’ service, which allows customers to ask all manner of
questions – whether its suggestions for days out while away, the best places to eat or all the finer details on the must see attractions. Using their expert knowledge, the team will respond within 24 hours providing all that hidden gem information that only someone who knows and loves the area could provide. To take advantage of the service, customers simply need to email [name of country]@keycamp.co.uk.
Keycamp has also been busy adding new destinations to its programme, and will now be offering holidays to Corsica, Denmark and Greece for the first time.
