     All cheques should be made payable to London Borough of Ealing You are required to pay the full charge upon deposit of your application. If a flat rate charge does not apply to the work, then the charge should be calculated under estimated costs shown in Table 3. If more than one table is to be used in order to cover the full extent of the works being carried out, then each table is to be used as appropriate and the separate amounts totalled. A loft conversion to a one or two-storey house or to an existing flat should be treated as an extension (see Table 2).
