TAYLOR LOFT AND COLDWATER CREEK AS ITS NEWEST TENANTS
National Retailers Complement Growing List of Tenants
BATON ROUGE, Oct. 18, 2004 –Towne Center at Cedar Lodge, Louisiana’s first
lifestyle center, today announced that Talbots, Ann Taylor Loft and Coldwater Creek have signed leases to join the Baton Rouge center. These retailers will join anchor tenant Whole
?Foods Market, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, and Bonefish Grill, as well as local and regional retailers.
“Towne Center at Cedar Lodge will – for the first time – allow Baton Rouge shoppers to
do their upscale shopping close to home,” said Stephen Keller, president of Creekstone Companies, Towne Center at Cedar Lodge’s developer. “People will no longer have to travel to
Houston or New Orleans when they want to shop at some of the country’s nicest stores.”
Towne Center at Cedar Lodge will feature Talbots Misses, Talbots Petites and Talbots Woman stores. Talbots is a leading specialty retailer, cataloger and e-tailer of women's, children’s and men’s classic apparel. Its collection for women includes high-quality sportswear,
refined separates, casual wear and special occasion classics in an extensive range of sizes. Virtually all of the clothing is made exclusively for the Company under its own private label. A
complementary selection of shoes and accessories provides customers with "head-to-toe" wardrobing. Established in 1947 with a single store in Hingham, Mass., a suburb of Boston, Talbots today has more than 1,000 specialty retail stores throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Ann Taylor is a premier American specialty apparel retailer for the professional woman and this is its first Ann Taylor Loft in Baton Rouge. Over the company's 50-year history, it has become known for its quality suits, separates, dresses, shoes and accessories with a feminine, polished approach to updated classic style. Ann Taylor Loft stores compete in the “upper
moderate” priced category and its collections are designed for value conscious women with a more relaxed lifestyle both at work and at home. Coldwater Creek, a retailer of women's apparel, gifts, jewelry and accessories, is also bringing its first Baton Rouge store to Towne Center at Cedar Lodge. Coldwater Creek was founded in 1984 with one catalog that included 18 items. Today the company offers about 3,000 items in its well-known catalog and expects to open 450-500 retail stores over the next five years. Towne Center at Cedar Lodge will be an important step in that growth. Coldwater Creek’s store will capture the feel of the Coldwater Creek brand with ambient woods, soft lighting, and the "best of the best" in Coldwater Creek apparel, jewelry, accessories, gifts and hardgoods.
Towne Center at Cedar Lodge will have a blend of local, regional and national tenants, as well as an office component. Located on 48 acres of land bound by Jefferson Highway and Corporate Boulevard, the entire commercial portion of the development will have up to 440,400 square feet of leasable office and retail space.

The lifestyle center will feature Mediterranean architecture, pedestrian walkways, elegant lighting, cascading fountains, and other charming amenities. The first stores/restaurants are expected to open in the fourth quarter of this year with a grand opening scheduled for mid-2005.
