In September 2006, I conducted a two day training session on GAAP for public housing

    authorities and HUD project based accounting for the finance and accounting staff of Newark (NJ)

    Public Housing Authority. In November 2005, I participated in an agreed upon procedure

    engagement in which I prepared an organizational study of the finance function of Irvington (NJ)

    public school district. I also prepared an SEC 15c 2-12 (b)(5) Continuing Disclosure Report to

    the municipal securities community for Washington Township (NJ) public school district during

    December 2005.

I conducted engagement performance reviews to ensure compliance with GAAS and AICPA peer

I was responsible for all external financial reporting, accounting, and fiscal management for this

    community based federated fund raising organization.

Englewood Community Health Organization Chicago Illinois

    Director of Finance and Administration January 1990 to September 1992

I was responsible for external financial reporting, fiscal management, data processing, office

    support, food services, and building maintenance functions for this $4.1 million community mental

    health center. I supervised professional and administrative staff of twenty-two persons.

Major achievements at Englewood Community Health Organization included:

? Supervised $350,000 facility rehab and renovation project

    ? Provided leadership for a Medicaid billing function that achieved a 125% increase in billings

    and collections.
