1. (GREET AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE TIME TO CHAT)

    Hi (their name), can I have a minute of your time? (Pause, wait for answer) I just want to tell you quickly about what I am doing, you might find it of interest. (short pause) 2. (THE INVITE) Most people who hear about this choose to have a look, of course some don’t.

    (short pause)

    There is a company that has got some really hot technology in the anti aging industry; it is

    absolutely exploding around the world and is creating 1 new millionaire every 10 days. Would you be open to having a look at this, or is it totally out of the question no matter how

    lucrative?

    (If they say 'YES" or anything other than 'no' say)

    3. (BOOK THE APPOINTMENT) Great! We need to get together. What is better for you Tuesday night or Saturday? / Early in the week or on the weekend? / Is Tuesday night good for you or

    would we need to make it another time?

    (If they say 'TUESDAY NIGHT' say) Great there will be a special business briefing happening that

    night and you can meet some of the other people we are working with. Great let me give you the address. Have you got your diary? (Get a 'yes' you want it written down) It’s Unit 2, number 2 Eden Park Drive North Ryde. It may be listed as Macquarie Park in some

    navigator systems.

    The briefing starts at 7.15 for 7.30 pm but if you can come at 6.45 I can show you around some of

    the centre that will be closed later.

    4. (CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT) So you are definitely fine for Tuesday night? (or whenever they said)

    Terrific I look forward to seeing you then. (short pause) - If anything unexpected came up to get in

    the way of you coming you would let me know at least the day before, wouldn’t you? as

    otherwise I will be going there to meet you / looking out for you.

    Excellent (their name) I am sure you will find it very worthwhile / exciting / etc. Look forward to seeing you then! Bye.

    ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS AND OBJECTIONS Following is a list of common questions and objections. Each time you answer their question immediately

    follow your answer up by going straight back to asking them THE CLOSING QUESTION (asking them to the

    meeting)

    Eg. Can I suggest we meet and go through the info and if you see what the other people we are

    working with, well we can take it further if not at least you would have had an opportunity to have a

    look at something really worthwhile while you are in a position to take advantage of it, (Pause) Does that make sense? (Pause and wait for answer, if you get a ‘yes’ say)

    Great! We need to get together! What is better for you Tuesday night or Saturday / Early in the week

    or on the weekend / Is Tuesday night good for you or would we need to make it another time?

     QUESTION - Can you tell me more about it what is it about?

    ANSWER Sure (their name). Have you heard about the Galvanic SPA? Or something called ageLOC (wait for response then continue as follows)

    (If they say 'yes') Great we need to meet (continue as in original script and book the appointment)

    QUESTION IS IT NETWORK MARKETING / MULTI LEVEL MARKETING? ANSWER it is a very sophisticated version of Network Marketing / MLM. The internet has changed the way

    that a lot of business is done today and there are some very cutting edge state of the art aspects to this

    project. It is really big and there are a number of very successful people who are participating in it because it

    is so lucrative.

    The company is exploding around the world and every 10 days there is now 1 new person who has been paid

    a million dollars since they have been with the company!!!

    (Their name) are you open to checking out something fabulous / big / exciting if it didn’t interfere with what you

    are doing and was really lucrative? (Pause and wait for answer, If they say 'yes' say) Great we need to meet!

QUESTION IS IT A PYRAMID? (the answer to this is the same as “is it network marketing / mlm except this

    answer has the first line below attached)

    ANSWER It certainly isn’t a pyramid – pyramids are illegal.

    having to answer questions about networking etc however there is a chance that they may feel that you could

    have been more straightforward once they do come to look at the business.

    QUESTION - I DON’T LIKE SELLING / IS THIS ABOUT SELLING? ANSWER Actually (their name) if you wanted to do selling you could do that, but there are a number of

    different sides to this business and what I wanted to speak to you about is the executive business building

    side.

    If there was something really lucrative and it didn’t interfere with what you are doing – would you be open to looking at it? (then go to the closing question and book the appointment)

QUESTION I AM TOO BUSY

    Answer - Great (their name) We are working with some really busy people and they are choosing to

    participate because it doesn’t interfere with what they are doing and it is really lucrative. Would you be open to looking at something really lucrative if it didn’t interfere with what you are currently doing? (then go to the closing question and book the appointment)

QUESTION HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

    ANSWER (their name), we are not looking for major investment nothing that would get in the way of anyone doing the business if they really want to do it.

    Or ANSWER - (their name) there are a number of possibilities depending on what somebody wants to do

    with the business basically it is free to join and then depending on what someone wants to do - any where

    from $ 475 to $2k. (then go to the closing question and book the appointment)

QUESTION WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE COMPANY?

    There are several ways you can answer this.

    ANSWER (My preference is to say) Nu Skin Enterprises I don’t know if you have heard of the company

    (their name) it is a 1.25 billion dollar international company operating in 50 markets. They have just had 18

    months of month on month growth (and then go on with the rest of the invite. Or ANSWER

    (You can if you want to say) N u Skin Enterprises have you heard of it? (Wait for reply and what ever they say you say) great!! I don’t know if you know that they are now doing 1.25 billion dollars and operating in 50

    markets. They `have just had 18 months of month on month growth due to some incredible cutting edge

    technology in the anti aging industry (and then go on with the rest of the invite). Or ANSWER

    If you have your own company name / business name you can say your company name (and just continue on

    with the rest of the invite).

    There is less likelihood that they can then think that they know what the business is all about and therefore it

    may be an easier invite. You may avoid having to answer questions about networking etc if they are familiar

    with Nu Skin, however there is a chance that they may feel that you could have been more straightforward

    once they do come to look at the business.

QUESTION WHAT WOULD I HAVE TO DO?

    ANSWER - I really couldn’t say (their name) as there are a number of different aspects to the

    business/opportunity and it really depends on what is of interest to you. (then go to the closing question and book the appointment)

     THE BOTTOM LINE. This is used when you feel that the person is not really listening and has said

    that they are not interested purely because they are being sceptical. In essence you are looking them

    in the eye with an understanding that they probably don’t understand the facts, and asking them the

    following sentence.

    ASK THEM THE FOLLOWING AND SAY IT IN A SINCERE STRONG WAY. (Their name) Can I ask you a question? (You must wait for reply and make sure you have their attention,

    AND SAY THIS) I know right now that you don’t know the details about this company and what it has

    been doing and that is totally fine; (Pause) But,

    IF THERE REALLY WAS A COMPANY THAT HAD A SOLID TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS, THE TOP

    POSSIBLE CREDIT RATING, WAS IN MAJOR GROWTH WITH ONE NEW PERSON EVERY 10 DAYS

    SOMEWHERE IN THE WORLD HAVING BEING PAID CUMULATIVELY 1 MILLION DOLLARS IN INCOME

    BY THE COMPANY, AND YOU COULD PARTICIPATE IN IT WITHOUT IT INTERFERING WITH YOUR

    CURRENT ROLE/COMMITMENTS WOULD YOU WANT TO HAVE A LOOK AT IT????

    RESOURCES As well as inviting people to meetings - remember that you have many resources that can be a way of

    bringing people into the business or make them more open to coming to a meeting. Sometimes you may invite

    someone to listen in to the conference call or check out a site as a first exposure to the company. The key to

    success here is to be familiar with the material yourself so you know which is most suitable for your prospects

    - asking them if they are interested in the business and the spa or just the spa, offering them to try the spa.
