    Experience:

    ? At least three (3) years experience as a group facilitator

    Duties:

    techniques focused on problem identification, problem solutions and decision

    making skills

    ? Improve overall group effectiveness by improving on existing group practices

    ? At least seven (7) years experience in business process consulting and in

    Duties:

    ? Outline a structured approach to address the people and organizational risks

    inherent in any change effort to optimize business benefits ? Supervise the implementation of desired strategic organizational or business

    changes

    ? Provide analysis and program development to help the State meet strategic

    change goals

    ? Monitor progress of other Change Management Consultants, including

    reviewing and approving all documents or presentations

    ? Supervise, coordinate and lead the documentation of methodologies utilized in

    Journey Accountant Requirements (Not a Financial Specialist)

     ? Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college or university or Education: commensurate experience and training

    Experience:

    ? At least three (3) years of experience in accounting. Experience in

    governmental organizations is preferred.

    Duties:

    ? Assist higher level Accountants in the maintenance or analysis of financial

    records

    ? Interpret and analyze financial data

    ? Establish and maintain financial journals, accounts, ledgers and records within

    an automated financial system

    ? Allocate revenues and expenses among funds

    ? Reconcile accounts on a periodic basis to other accounting systems

    ? Prepare financial statements, grant reports or other financial documents

    governmental organizations or programs is desired

    Duties:

    ? Provide auditing services as needed to fill in on a temporary basis for

    employees who transfer or terminate their employment or to complete special

    projects as they arise

    ? Plan, conduct and/or lead lower level Auditors in financial, compliance,

    operational, or rate analysis and setting audits of organizations either internal

    or external to the State service

    ? Perform office and field audits following procedures in accordance with
