    My role at Citadel has been to create a formal backup engineering group, the stabilization of the backup infrastructure and to re-architect the backup

    environment. As a new engineering group we were able to improve unattended backup success rates by 330%. I led the team in software best practices by

    developing a formalized software tool set and development process. I created tools

    and processes that resulted in real time reporting of the environment, improved data protection reliability for the firm and measures to secure data.

2004-2005 Senior Consultant GlassHouse Technologies, Inc.

    My responsibilities included evaluating and architecting storage operations, policies, and procedures to help our clients assess, design, and implement strategic storage, SAN, and backup initiatives as well as assisting clients with multi-million dollar

    As Co-Founder of ITDoc's-to-Go!, I was involved in everything necessary to start a

    company, from papers of incorporation to establishing its financial systems. I developed the web site and established the e-commerce system to process orders,

    created the reporting and metrics systems and established the EDI facility for on-

    line processing. I've also been involved in developing our products, getting them ready for distribution, marketing, advertising and the creation of new product lines. Storage Decisions Conference 2007, Chicago & Toronto Presenter of

    Storage Decisions' Data Protection track presenting business cases for choosing backup target mediums (tape or disk). This presentation explored current data

    backup technologies such as virtual tape libraries, disk storage units, tape technologies and de-duplication. By utilizing system dynamics modeling I was able

    to quantify media consumption over time for both disk and tape based on variable

    data retention policies for any given organization and how to cost justify the use of either disk or tape as a backup target.

    Link and Global Link Authored several articles for internal Motorola publications on the Internet and its impact on business. Explored the financial, technical and legal implications of the Internet for technical and non-technical

    audiences.

    Design Life: a Design Model? Proposed a model for the design life cycle of any given discipline for any given project. The Design Life? model has been
