Technical Pre-Sales Engineer

    Fort Collins, CO

    Integware is currently looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer. This is a full time opening.

    The Technical Pre-sales Engineer (Solution Consultant) is responsible for supporting the Sales

    Account Manager during the presales process. Typical responsibilities include:

    ? Working closely with customers to gather high-level business and technical requirements

    ? Compiling responses to RFPs (Request-for-Proposals) and developing quotes

    ? Developing and presenting technical concepts to customer

    ? Mapping Integware solutions to requirements

    ? Developing and executing solution demonstration for customers

    ? Interfacing with project teams to help plan solutions, including technical approach and

    budget, time and resource estimations

    ? Attending trade shows, helping identify prospects and communicating Integware’s value

    proposition

    ? Estimated Travel: 30% (typical) -70% (possible)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    ? 4 year degree or equivalent in computer science, computer information systems, business

    systems (with a technology emphasis) or closely related field

    ? 3-5 years of helping deliver enterprise class software systems

    ? Be able to review and articulate system architectures

    ? Understand data migration processes

    ? Appreciation for end-user training techniques

    ? Strong background in testing techniques

    ? Prior programming, web application and database development experience is a plus

    ? Keen understanding of business principles

    ? Enterprise software experience is a plus

    ? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

    ? Candidates must have strong commitment to quality and testing

    ? Excellent verbal and written communication

    ? Estimation skills

    ? Strong math skills

    ? Dedication to delivering superior customer satisfaction

    ? Prior Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and/or medical device background is a plus
