In the era of knowledge-based economy, it has been widely recognized that creativity and innovation

are the main driving force of the economic growth. However, creativity and innovation are not only

technological development or creative thinking. This workshop aims to provide the participants with

a systematic and comprehensive framework, i.e., the 6P model for developing creative and

innovative capability and skills. The workshop has been given nearly 10 times each year recently in

Hong Kong and mainland China. Upon completion of the workshop, participants will have a

paramount view of theories and methods on creativity and innovation.
